Fascinating place..
The place is very relaxing and cozy especially if you will choose the view of sea side with emirates palace view. I highly recommend this hotel for 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣%
100 Degrees Outside, 5 Stars Inside: A Perfect Oasis
I had a wonderful four-day stay at this luxurious hotel in Abu Dhabi, despite the scorching sun outside in August 2026. The grand suite room I booked exceeded my expectations. While the Pearl Lounge offered nothing to impress, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at Sahha Restaurant. Mr. Diyan, the assistant outlet manager, and Darwish, the front office manager, were both friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to returning during the winter months. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality.

Amazing experience
I had an excellent overall experience at the hotel. The service was truly impressive, and every member of the team—from room service and housekeeping to the concierge, reception, and restaurant staff—was professional, courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding.
The only area that could be improved was the air conditioning. The room did not get as cool as expected, so it would be great if this could be looked into.
The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options and good quality. My only suggestion would be to include a wider selection of Indian dishes, as there were only one or two Indian options available. Adding a few more would make the breakfast experience even better, especially for guests who enjoy Indian cuisine.
Apart from these minor points, everything was excellent. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. I truly appreciate the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service.

Disappointing!
The hotel services are nothing like a 5 star hotel. The breakfast variety is limited and the taste not impressive. Pool staff does not bother to keep pool area clean just busy using phones. The extra bed provided in the room was not comfortable at all. The ac was not cooling enough. You can find much better 5 star hotel options.
