Wonderful Experience
During the month I spent at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi, I had the pleasure of meeting outstanding staff members who were always helpful, reliable, and highly professional. A special mention goes to Mr. Al Makthoum, who never failed to serve me a delicious Italian coffee every morning during breakfast. He was always courteous, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring that every guest’s needs were met. His professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference. Another special thanks goes to Mustafa from the Security team. We shared many enjoyable moments together, watching FIFA World Cup matches, having friendly conversations during breaks from my work, and chatting after my gym workouts and sauna sessions. It was a real pleasure getting to know him. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the Reception and Concierge teams, with special thanks to Emmanuel from the Concierge team, Zayed, Paolo, Kim, Bushra, and many others whose kindness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. Outstanding hospitality – even when things aren't perfect ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Abu Dhabi has plenty of luxury hotels. Few of them feel like this!
The Gold Lounge was closed during my stay and the team went out of their way to offer a more than adequate alternative. Our host Stephen was amazing and we really felt pampered.
At checkin we were warmly assisted by Elisha. We arrived at a smoking room (against our booking) and after returning to the front desk we waited comfortably with a cool sparkling water for just 10' to get another (upgraded and great room).
These examples of proactive service says everything about this property!
F&B quality was excellent throughout, and the staff simply brilliant – warm, attentive and genuinely caring without ever feeling scripted :-)

It was amazing stay at Fairmont bab albahar All facilities are available in the hotel and around and you can take a great weekend with your friends, even your self I would send my thanks for Ms,Kyi for her hospitality and respectful service I got from her And in the cafe Chocolate gallery Ms , Claire she is so lovely and great at her work Also Ms, Reem and Mr, Steven and Mr, Eric All my thanks for all the team All the best Ahlam elfahham

Made Our Anniversary Truly Special
Our anniversary celebration was simply perfect. The upgraded room was spacious and comfortable, the surprise cake was a thoughtful touch, and the food was outstanding. Exceptional hospitality and excellent service made this one of our favorite hotel experiences. Highly recommended for couples celebrating a special occasion. ❤️🎂
