A wonderful welcome to the UAE
This was our very first visit to the UAE and we hit the jackpot by booking and staying at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr. From the moment we arrived until the day of departure we were made to feel very welcome by each and every staff member. I must thank in particular Rajan, Phoo, and Sanjiv who went above and beyond to make sure our holiday in Abu Dhabi was spectacular and unforgettable. Our beautiful suite, courtesy of a fabulous upgrade , made us reluctant to leave. I hope you like the photos I have included and if you are thinking of holidaying in Abu Dhabi the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr should be your only choice of hotel

Simply the best in Abu Dhabi
I've now stayed at this hotel several times now and for me gets better each time. We always stay on the Gold floor where the service is always attentive, thoughtful and caring. Stephen and his team always deliver and we will be back next year.

A Wonderful Family Stay with Exceptional Hospitality
We came to Fairmont Bab Al Bahr for a one night family getaway, and the experience was wonderful from the very first moment. As soon as we stepped out of our car, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and warm hospitality. The reception team and Front Office Manager were absolutely fantastic. They made us feel truly welcome, took the time to explain everything about the hotel, and made sure we had all the information we needed. Their friendliness, professionalism and personal attention really stood out. Our room was beautiful, very spacious and spotless. I especially loved the design of the hotel, where art, elegance and luxury come together so naturally. What impressed us the most was the atmosphere and the people. Everywhere we went, we felt the same warmth, kindness and genuine care. A special thank you to the entire reception team and their manager for such a lovely welcome. You made a great first impression and set the tone for our stay. Fairmont Bab Al Bahr truly exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love to come back!

Just Fantastic !
My husband and I went to The Fairmont at the end of September and I can’t praise it highly enough. The service is better than we have had anywhere else in the world. From the lifeguards, to the pool boys and the bar staff, it is second to none. Because of the tension in the Middle East at the moment it was so quiet and just a perfect week away. We went with Etihad Holidays and again, they were excellent and I would not hesitate to book with them again if going to that part of the world. We had a creek view room with a superb view of the Royal Mosque. Wonderful holiday and wonderful part of the world !

Our third visit!
This was our third visit to the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr and it just gets better! Everywhere is immaculately clean, spacious and modern. The rooms are large, comfortable and relaxing with huge floor to ceiling windows. The view overlooking the creek and the Grand Mosque is simply stunning especially at night. The pool and beach area are clean and well maintained with ample sun beds and cabanas. There are several different restaurants in which to dine, all worthy of a visit and the food is always well presented and delicious. In my opinion, what makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone is so pleasant, accommodating and attentive, nothing is too much trouble…it’s like visiting friends! Special thanks to Brett and the poolside staff for always making sure we had everything we needed. Sanjeev, Chezka and Yuya and the staff in the Cuiscene restaurant for their attentive service. All the staff in Bridges bar for keeping the drinks flowing and last but not least the lovely Rafat, who was always smiling, kind and considerate….thank you so much Rafat for taking us to see the classic cars. Can’t wait to see you all again soon!
