Existing high standards of health and hygiene have been enhanced and we remain alert to local advice form health experts and government authorities; adapting best practices accordingly. Our measures include health declaration forms on arrival; temperature checks for all guests and colleagues; PPE available for all guests to use during their stay; such as face masks; disinfectant hand sanitisers and disposable gloves; PPE worn by all staff throughout the hotel; significant increases in regular disinfection conducted across all hotel areas; increased cleaning in place of air handling and fan coil units as well as regular maintenance and filter changes; increased cleaning in place of all hard surfaces throughout hotel public areas and in guest rooms; increase anti-viral disinfection measures in place for all in room soft furnishings and surfaces; table distancing measures in dining outlets.

Wonderful trip!
Hotel is beautiful and the room is nice! Service really good and all staffs are kind! We try the restaurant Lebanese Terrace. The foods are delicious, suitable for Chinese tastes! Rajib is very friendly, help us to order foods, and we all like it every much! Such a a great experience!
Sadly won't be returning
This was our 5th stay at the Palace once when it was Kempinski and the others Mandarin Oriental. The hotel is truly stunning and the grounds are amazing which is primarily the reason we return as we like a hotel that is alittle more "special" than the rest. Unfortunately following our recent visit we have come to the decision we will not be returning, it lacks the service you'd expect for something of that standard and having stayed at Atlantis Royal and Burj Al Arab previously it really doesnt compare. Mandarin Oriental dont seem to care whether your happy or not just want the money. Its also worth mentioning that upon our departure we sadly forgot 3 items of desinger clothing in a draw totalling nearly £2000 pounds, when we arrived at our next hotel and realised I contacted the hotel to be told they hadnt found anything!! So I questioned if the room had been inspected as it should have been why were they not handed in?? Again nothing to explain, I am shocked and saddened that in the UAE and a hotel of this standard this kind of thing should happen and no explanation just matter of fact!! Safe to say after 5 stays here it will be the last if thats how loyal guests are treated.

I had an absolutely wonderful birthday experience at this hotel! From the warm hospitality to the thoughtful attention to detail, everything made my celebration truly special. A very special thank you to Arjun, who went above and beyond to create an unforgettable moment for me. His kindness, effort, and genuine care made my birthday even more memorable and showed just how much the hotel values its guests. Choosing this hotel was definitely the best choice I could have made for my special day. I’m leaving with beautiful memories and a big smile, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a truly memorable stay. I had one of the most wonderful afternoon tea experiences at Episodes Café at Emirates Palace.
From the moment we arrived, Myo and Derin took such thoughtful care of us and paid attention to every little detail. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made the experience feel truly special.
What impressed me most was how beautifully they accommodated my friend, who requires a gluten-free diet. In addition to the regular afternoon tea set, the chef prepared special dishes for us, and my friend received a complete gluten-free afternoon tea experience with an incredibly generous variety of options. Nothing felt like an afterthought — everything was prepared with the same care, presentation, and attention as the main afternoon tea set.
The generosity, attention to detail, quality of the food, and exceptional service made this experience stand out from every afternoon tea I have tried before. It was genuinely one of the best afternoon tea experiences I have ever had.
A very special thank you to Myo, Derin, and the chef for making our afternoon so memorable. This is hospitality at its finest, and I would absolutely love to return.
