DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences

Atmosphere, location, and cleanliness are all great selling-points of the Hilton Double Tree Yas. WB restaurant staff are extremely personal and professional. My room and the common hallway were kept to a high standard. MAY was, in particular, a standout. She takes her job seriously. My room was kept exceptionally clean and well stocked.

We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have been especially impressed by the professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail demonstrated by the staff. As a long-term resident, we have come to appreciate the consistent effort made to ensure that the hotel remains clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

The housekeeping and front desk teams have both contributed significantly to our positive experience. Supervisor Nikolas has demonstrated professionalism and dedication in his role within the housekeeping department. May, Betty, Moe, Allyana, Shanavas, Million, Abhiya, May, Yassine, and Khin Chan have consistently welcomed guests warmly and provided helpful assistance with professionalism and care. Their dedication has made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Overall, the hotel provides a pleasant environment, and the staff’s commitment to excellent service is evident. We appreciate the care shown throughout our stay and would be pleased to recommend the hotel to others seeking a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay.

I can’t remember the names of the awesome employees that I had frequent contact with, but the entire front desk staff was exemplary. They proved to be extremely professional, competent, friendly and knowledgeable. I would hire any of them in a minute!

The Sidekick staff and management were equally awesome! They were very accommodating, remembered choices for drinks, meals, sitting, and were just the best!

On Tuesday, 9/29/2026, I cut my finger fairly deeply in a freak accident in my bathroom. It was very difficult to get the wound to stop bleeding. The three ladies who helped me from the front desk were awesome.

Later that night and the next morning, I needed assistance from the Security Department, and was helped on three occasions to clean and bandage my wound. Josephine, Fady and Sunil helped me and were extremely positive, confident and extremely helpful.

Last but certainly not least, I’d like to highlight the efforts of Frank in your bell staff. He, like all of your employees was so positive, cheerful and professional!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree Hotel. If I could give your employees more than 5 stars, I would do so. I think they are stars and I want you to know how highly I appreciate and value them. Thank you for creating a culture where excellence is the standard.
