We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi, especially in Room 4132. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Kush, our housekeeper, for the excellent service. Kush was very attentive, hardworking, and made sure everything in our room was neat and comfortable. We truly appreciated the effort and kindness.

A great Holiday experience!
We had such a great and smooth experience in this hotel together with my family. From the vallet and security they greeted and assisted us at the very moment as well as upon our check-out, thank you so much. At the reception, Rojina and Omar greeted us with a wonderful smile and pleasant atmosphere, they checked us in with a smooth transition and immediately informed us the availability of our rooms without hesitations. Rooms are very clean and nice with bathtub and accesible balcony for great viewing. Toiletries are well prepared and complete. Together with the towels, bathrob and sleepers. No need to bring your own. Hair dryer and lockers are available also. Room Service was very accomodating and very fast in their service in checking our lights, providing us extra blankets, extra coffee and extra water in an extra mile. Amenities such as swimming pool and bar (we ordered ice pops and vannilla ice cream) are very accessible and child friendly. They have a kiddie pool and adult pool with attentive life guards. With pool chairs/couch/umbrella that are available. Overall it was a great experience for us and will definetly come back over and over again.

Unforgettable experience
I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable And I would like to shoutout asghar ali a great and friendly person.
