I choose the Cristal because of convenience to my work. The prices are reasonable. The hotel staff is welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The GOAT lounge great place live band music and food and just a all around great atmosphere.
Overpriced Stay with Disappointing Service and Unexpected Charges
The room was good, but overall, the experience was disappointing considering the high price we paid. The reception staff’s behaviour was rude initially, and we had to wait quite a long time for both check-in and check-out. There was no balcony, and breakfast was not provided despite the premium price.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the additional AED 70 charged beyond the amount shown online after taxes and extra charges were applied. We booked directly through the hotel’s own website, so we expected transparent pricing without unexpected costs.
As first-time guests, we expected much better hospitality, smoother service, and better value for money at this price point. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience did not justify the amount charged. I hope the management improves its reception service, reduces waiting times, and ensures that all charges are clearly communicated before booking(online). Not worth for money.
Comfortable
My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi! We stayed from October 13–14 and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return for another stay from October 17–19. The hotel is very conveniently located, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed.
A special mention to Mam Rodete, who was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and kind. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more special and memorable. We truly appreciated her assistance and the excellent service she provided.
The hotel offers a comfortable atmosphere, clean rooms, and a convenient location, making it a great choice for couples visiting Abu Dhabi. We enjoyed our experience so much that coming back was an easy decision!
