I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the reception team at Bab Al Qasr Hotel, especially Kaylee and Ana. They were exceptionally kind, professional, and understanding throughout my stay. Their warm attitude, excellent customer service, and willingness to help made a real difference during my visit. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and well cared for. They are a great asset to the hotel, and I truly appreciate everything they did for me.
Great hotel and wonderful staff
Wonderful experience, the hotel was very accommodating and the amenities were wonderful. the staff was very patient and considerate. The food was also fantastic. Special thanks to Shaima for her services she was particularly helpful. Would come again.

Impressed with people around. True Hospitality demonstrated by Hytem, Kayla, Anna and Imane. Louie professionally groomed. And the Rose Lounge bar they all are extremely friendly. Hospitality is a feeling and you all provided that. Well done!! Keep up the good job.
