Lovely pool bar with a great atmosphere. A special thank you to Chi Chi, who was absolutely lovely—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. She really made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Amazing Guest relations team
Went to Aloft on my Birthday with family and was lucky to get exceptional service by Aloft team esp. the Guest relations members Hadeer and Dhiraj. Hadeer went above and beyond to decorate the room with a custom drawing and surprised us with a card, cake and balloons. Absolutely loved the experience. Will be back soon.

Two hours to check in and get room
I took over an hour to check in and another hour for our room to be ready. Joke of a place. Food is terrible too.
