Everything was so good and well arranged 🥰 Ashwathy and Nandana were very helpful Will definitely recommend to our friends and family
Great hotel, food & staff
This was our final hotel in our tour. Our Deluxe Room (201) was by pool/ restaurant good location. Big room, comfy bed, good AC & fan, fridge, safe although not the biggest, lovely shower, plenty of cupboard space, water replaced daily.
Food- breakfast good & plenty of choice, especially omelette & scrambled eggs. Lunch should be buffet but if quiet it will be al a carte (with some exclusions) Evening meal same as above but food all good (we had a combo of both types). The jalapeno bites were lovely, as were the desserts (choc brownie & cheese cakes were our favs) from the menu. Drinks were reasonable price. Also the usual tea & cakes in the afternoon.
Pool - was good & nice temperature, plenty of towels. Nice view out to sea.
Bar - didn't use as high up on floor 6, as we stayed in restaurant after meal (& partly due to banging music).
Location of hotel was in the centre and close to the beach (but that was black sand & not the greatest). Close for visiting to the lighthouse.
Spa- had a free massage as part of our deal & that was good.
Games room on floor 5 looked good but we didn't use. Books available to borrow.
The staff are all super helpful and friendly especially a shout out to Aswathy & Rajesh?

It was an amazing experience. Food excellent. Hospitality excellent. Special mention to Mr Rajesh such a jolly person.
Memorable Stay
Had a Lovely stay at Gokulam Turtle by the Beach. The staff and service was great , especially Mr Rajesh he helped us out with everything and we had a lovely family time here.
