It was good
I had a pleasant stay at your hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.
Nice experience
We had a wonderful stay at The Leela Kovalam, and the hospitality truly made it special. A special mention to Nikki from Guest Relations, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help. She ensured everything was taken care of seamlessly and made our experience even more memorable. The entire team was courteous, the service was excellent, and the property is absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to visiting again!
Amazing stay and experience
Stay was really comfortable. Location was really elegant and the scenery was great. Worth the trip. Rooms were clean and well maintained. No issues like unwanted noises just sound of serene beaches. Food was also high quality. Staff hospitality was also really great.
