A Warm and Personalized Taj Experience
We had a wonderful stay at Taj Malabar, Kochi, and the experience was made truly special by the warmth and hospitality of the entire team.
A special mention to Sumesh from the Front Office for being extremely welcoming and helpful, and to Elizabeth, our Relationship Manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Her warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a real difference.
We would also like to thank Alex and Vivek from the Food Court for their exceptional service. The team was very accommodating with our dietary restrictions and went out of their way to provide customized food, which we really appreciated.
One of the highlights of our stay was the sunset boat experience. It was not only beautiful but also very informative. A special thanks to Elizabeth for playing a dual role as our host and guide during the experience. Her knowledge and enthusiasm added so much to the experience.
Overall, every member of the Taj Malabar team was friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Their personalized service and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay.

A Great meal at Rice Boat
We had a fabulous dinner at Rice Boat. Ahilan, the restaurant manager, recommended the Seafood Tasting Platter. And we would recommend this too for the variety of flavours n the freshest of harvest from the sea! Ahilan checked in on us with every course to ensure that we were happy with each dish. I can only say that the food n Ahilan's careful attention to each serving made this an unforgettable experience! Thank you Ahilan.

Dinner at the Rice Boat - Taj Malabar Kochi
We ate at the Rice boat on 29 Aug. The service was impeccable. Ahilan the restaurant manager was very hepful and guided us to order very well. The sea food was excellent - flavors perfectly balanced a d authentic. We ordered the seafood tasting menu and very glad we did.
However the lamb we ordered was below expectations given how high the bar was set by the seafood. However Ahilan generously offered remove that from the bill as we barely touched.
A great restaurant, a must recommend for anyone visiting Kochi amd interested in local seafood.

BEST TAJ EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD
CHECK IN : ELIZABETH madam was a charm We were welcome with dance and welcome drinks …we were seated first and then everything was done making us comfortable
ROOM: They were too sweet to Give me a room With a best view
HIGH TEA AND BACKWATERS CRUISE : high tea was good CRUISE was a surprise with voice over of Elizabeth madam and flute music ..we were in heaven for next 45 minutes
DINNER: RICE BOAT is a must dine for all If I was rich ..I would have put one gold ring to the chef who madam chicken curry and fish curry every time Food was too good
BREAKFAST: Best spread in TAJ I ever had
