Stay was good at Zuri white sands
Very luxury property everything is just perfect,it was first time in different state and felt that it is so beautiful definitely gonna come again Prapti at reception was excellent
Nice property with average services...It's a luxury property but services standard are not more than a 3star hotel
Myself alongwith my spouse statyed at Zuri white sands resort on 14th of July 2026. Although property is far from airport 35km approx but it's worth. A very big property nearby the beach and we'll maintained but services are not upto it's standard. Specially Check-in process was not upto mark. Receptionist "Prapti" was not professional as she was allotting rooms to those first who were making pressure on her by continuously standing at tge reception. We have waited for 01 hour(it's ok) but no one come to us for water or for delivering information in the meantime. Even one service personal was passing nearby named "nandesh" we asked for the welcome drink but he refused saying that reception haven't told him to do so( Eventhough it is included in our package). Secondly when Prapti moved out from reception she didn't informed to her colleague about our reservation(Which she must do) (Screenshot attached) Also the great thing is that in reception lobby there was NO AIR CONDITIONER, only fans were there in such a big area. Al-least we have visited 4-5 times to the reception asking for the room as if anyone do it at NON-STAR property and none of the service personal came to us meanwhile. Reception only handed over a printed copy of some information and didn't told anything above the timings of Pool, casino details and other related informations. Also when we called to service no-6 (zuri service) they didn't picked the call twice at 4:20 pm. Neither anyone informed about the daily activities nor they conducted the same.(Photos attached) Photos attached for reference. Shoeb khan

Good family break in monsoom
Good resort for family experience with pool. Since we went in monsoon we could not.enjoy beach much. Food is good and veg kid friendly options are also available. Spa was.excellent with Janobi ayurveda treatment. Highly recommend.

It was wonderful experience with Zuri stay, one of the fine properties in Goa. Excellent place to visit and relax with perfect ambiance. Thank you Prapti for your assistance for any kind of help we needed any time. Good support staff, Good food, private beach access, amazing swimming pool, walking spaces and overall very best property. We love to visit again. Thank you
