Taj Holiday Village Resort and Spa

Our first stay at Taj Village Resort was truly a wonderful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there with our family. The beautiful setting, warm hospitality, and overall ambience made it a memorable holiday for us. The kids, in particular, had an amazing time and enjoyed every bit of the stay.

A special note of appreciation for Manthan Mishra, whose thoughtful upgrade added an extra touch of warmth to our experience and made our stay even more special. We sincerely appreciate the gesture and his efforts towards ensuring that we had a memorable stay.

I would also like to appreciate Josepha and Saily for their warm hospitality, gracious service, and attentiveness throughout our visit.

A very special mention to Viraj Kale, who deserves particular appreciation for the exceptional support he extended to us throughout our stay. Viraj was consistently courteous, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. What stood out most was his willingness to assist us at any hour — even during the night, whenever we needed anything, he was just a call away and responded promptly. His proactive attitude and constant readiness to make our stay more comfortable truly made a difference. It is this kind of thoughtful, personalised service that makes a guest feel genuinely cared for, and Viraj certainly left a lasting impression on us.

While our overall experience was excellent, we feel the food and restaurant service could benefit from a little more refinement and coordination. We did encounter a few minor issues during our dining experiences, and addressing these would further elevate the overall guest experience to the standard one expects from Taj.

Overall, we had a beautiful and memorable stay at Taj Village Resort and would be happy to return. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our family holiday so special. The warmth, care, and hospitality we experienced will certainly be remembered, and we look forward to visiting again soon.

She arranged our room quickly, and throughout our interaction, her politeness, warmth and ready-to-help attitude truly reminded me of the standards that the Taj brand stands for. People like Drisha are the reason guests keep coming back.
