Fabulous Hotel
We stayed at Ocean Palms from January to March. What was meant to be a simple 3‑week holiday turned into a much longer stay due to the Middle East crisis, and we are genuinely grateful that we ended up here. We were a party of four in two rooms, and throughout the entire stay we felt looked after, supported, and truly cared for.
We stayed in several different rooms during our extensions, and every single one was excellent — spacious, spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. High ceilings, plenty of light, and a real sense of calm. Housekeeping were outstanding every single day and deserve huge appreciation for their consistency and attention to detail.
The staff at Ocean Palms are what truly make this hotel special. Every member of the team went above and beyond to help us during a stressful and uncertain time. The reception staff were incredibly efficient, friendly, and professional.
A very special and heartfelt thank you to Baiju Vargheese. I contacted him through WhatsApp for every extension and room change, and he handled everything immediately, kindly, and with complete professionalism. He made a difficult situation so much easier for us, and we are extremely grateful for his support.
Breakfast could be improved for Western guests — long waits and a lack of organisation, especially when waiting over 30 minutes for eggs. Terra Restaurant is lovely, clean, and well maintained. Some service can be slow at times, possibly due to language barriers, but the staff work extremely hard and deserve recognition.
Overall, our extended stay at Ocean Palms turned into a positive and memorable experience thanks to the wonderful staff, excellent rooms, and the care we received throughout. We are genuinely thankful for everything and would 100% stay again.
Close to the beach close to shops very good location
Unbelievable Closing Pool
Absolutely unbelievable today Wednesday 1st April , hotel closes the only pool so the hotel manager can have it for himself !! 42° and no pool facility , complained but staff weren't interested, told its a private event , everyone in the hotel paid good money to come here and have the facilities available especially the pool . Very bad attitude, were never informed. Will not come back here , don't recommend this hotel

If you want a luxury hotel not for you. If you want a Goan hospitality experience then for you.
Stayed for 4 nights after doing a tour of North India with a Tour Group. We wanted to chill and relax in luxury after a hectic 9 day tour. The hotel is of a main road down a side road and surrounded by residential apartments blocks. The hotel is not 4* or luxurious and looks rather old and run down and has no Kerb Appeal.The room views are extremely disappointing and we had to request a room change. However despite the hotel not been up to international standards it more than makes up with excellent Goan food and drinks to rival any international hotel. The Staff in the Terra restaurant and bar are simply brilliant and gave us an excellent service. We just went from our room to the Terra. The pool area was not adequate and we did not walk round the hotel. We were the only international guests and felt this and the whole appearance of the hotel not what was shown on the website and we were too afraid to walk to the beach as told about a 15mins walk. The Staff in the Terra bar and restaurant more than compensated for the hotel shortfalls. Big Thank You to the Reception Staff who accommodated our needs to make us stay rather than move to another hotel.

6 day break in Goa
After a busy 2 weeks in the Punjab and the golden triangle, we needed a chill break. Our tour company booked us here....it is 4 star but in some respects maybe 3. Reception needs a revamp....tired dirty seating. Breakfast was fine and the "live eggs" were nice
