A Truly Luxurious Beachfront Escape in South Goa – Exceptional in Every Way!
We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Goa, and it was everything we look for in a relaxing luxury beach holiday. From its superb location to the comfortable rooms, excellent food, and attentive service, the resort made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.
An exceptional beachfront location
The location is undoubtedly one of the resort’s biggest highlights. Set right on a beautiful, clean and relatively uncrowded beach, it offers the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the best of South Goa. The beach has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, ideal for long walks, enjoying the sea breeze, or simply sitting back and taking in the surroundings. If you are looking for a beachfront resort away from the busier, more crowded parts of Goa, this is an excellent choice.
Luxury and comfort throughout
The resort has the feel of a true five-star deluxe property, with spacious surroundings, an elegant ambience, and a relaxed sense of luxury. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, with quality amenities that make it easy to settle in and feel at home. It is the kind of place where you can genuinely slow down and enjoy your holiday without feeling the need to venture out every day.
Food that deserves a special mention
The food was simply excellent! The quality, taste and overall dining experience added considerably to our stay. Good food can make a holiday even more memorable, and the resort certainly delivered on this front.

Not upto the standard of IHG
Untidy rooms, no view (we had booked premium room with garden view but all we could see is other villas opposite us), very clumsy attitude of staffs - to bring a plate, salt and pepper they took almost 15 minutes and 2 rounds, and then also no pepper. We are repeat customers and had come this time with similar expectation but had a horrible experience. Inspite of repeatedly requesting them over phone multiple times to give us rooms with views - all we could see is concrete.
What a resort !!! A must for me next time !!!
Location: South Goa, peaceful. Right on the beach. But wait has anyone seen this beach. This is OMG level.
Atmosphere: What a resort. I mean simply wow. Cleanliness, service, landscaping, service quality, beach view name anything. This is top notch. I just loved it.
Rooms: Here it scores little less. Rooms are bit smaller in comparison to other resorts I felt. But for a family of 3, it is manageable.
Value: It is a 5 stars property, but worth every penny. In fact excellent value for money. No will be disappointed here.
Food: 10/5 - Rest I don't want to write much. Paradise for Veg and for non-veg folks , you have to see it to believe.
Noise level: We were not in wedding time, so I am fine. But I have heard this is a complaint for many.
Overall: I am amazed by this resort for everything. Beach is so clean and so near. I am coming back for sure to this, but have to time it not in the wedding times.

Above and Beyond for Families with Young Children
Excellent family-friendly resort with outstanding service from start to finish. Chef Anthony went above and beyond by preparing special dishes for our 8-month-old child. Jean and her team were incredibly attentive, always welcoming us warmly and catering to our dietary requirements.
A special mention to Macloy for the best fresh lime sodas, and to Vinay, Dipti, and the entire team for their exceptional service. The Front Office Manager was also extremely helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families visiting Goa.
