Great location room was awsome good view good stff
Worst Hotel to book not work for 5 Star
- We were given a room the floor was wet but the staff said it’s due to condensation and asked us not to open the balcony. Whole night the balcony was closed and in the morning when we got up our feet’s were literally on water felt someone poured full bucket of water over it.
- Staff was still blaming that we had the balcony opened.
- When we escalated the manager came and tried to room another room which was stinking and they didn’t even clean the room the toilet was used.
- Finally they managed to get another room by taking us on various floors.
- Overall it’s not a 5-star hotel experience at all. The room which we finally got the bathroom door gets stuck and would not close properly. The toilet seat itself felt like it will fall off the wall (each time it will make noise when you sit and get up).
- The Novotel hotel receptionist shared a contact of the person who manages water sports at beach. It was a total scam and we didnt had any rides that was part of the package and we didnt get our money back.
