Wonderful experience at La Estoria
Nice rooms, wonderful staff, cool location close to the beach and the happening candolim main road with all its eateries
Wonderful stay and great hospitality
It was wonderful experience and special appreciation for the always smiling and helping staff members especially Priyanka, Manasvi and Pranali.
Overall a good experince but with a few hiccups
I really enjoyed our stay at La Estoria, IHCL, and had a very good experience overall. The breakfast spread was delicious and appetising, and the rooms were comfortable—two definite highlights. The hotel is close to Francoise Beach, about a 10-15-minute walk away, and I was lucky enough to spot dolphins early one morning. The room had good amenities, and the staff were always quick to help whenever we asked for extra towels or cutlery.
There were a few areas that could have been better. At check-in, there was some confusion about the room upgrade I'd discussed with the hotel more than a month in advance. The front desk team didn't seem to have the details, so I showed them the email chain. The room's entry door also wasn't working, and a technician had to come by to fix it. Finally, cigarette stubs were left in the crevices along the balcony wall, and unfortunately, they weren't cleared during the room cleanings.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality and warm behaviour made us feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel was well-maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was truly pleasant. A special thanks to the entire staff for their excellent service and cooperation. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to visit again! ⭐✨ Especially pranali and priya made us feel comfortable and at home ❤️
