A lovely place to Chill
La Estoria offers the perfect vibes for a chilled out vacation at one of Goa's most upscale locality of Candolim. The resort was a takeover by Taj hotels group from former Country inn ownership and transformed into a classic Taj experience property under their Seleqtions collection. The hospitality was great and location is also well placed with the beach a brisk 5 minutes walk from the property and the main buzzing street of Candolim just 2 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet is always a grand feast at all Taj affiliated properties and this one was no exception. It was well maintained and had a huge pool with an attached jacuzzi section. Rooms were big and water pressure in shower was great. We had taken one major meal package also which unfortunately was a mistake to take in off season like August as due to low occupancy there were no lunch or dinner buffet spread, instead a set menu was offered which of course had limitations of dishes. Nevertheless it was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks to all staff and Mr Valmiki dacunha for excellent hospitality. Will definitely return in future.

Great stay and staff!
We had a great holiday at La Estrela Goa! The overall stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, Sanjoy, who went out of his way to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience. His attention to detail and warm service made our meals extra memorable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a refreshing Goan getaway!

Relaxing stay
Visited the property last month for my brother's birthday and turned out to be one of the best celebration.
Right from check in till the time of check out everything was fabulous.
Team did a great job shout out to Jiyabul and jovi at restaurant,prajot & saeel at Bar and Manas for lovely decoration.
Front office team was superb with great check in and check out experience Sangram, Manasvi & Sharvan took great care and made sure that we enjoyed the stay

Great hotel - excellent value for money
We stayed at La Estoria in the second half of August. It’s a big property with an expansive courtyard and a big swimming pool. The low rise structure gives a resort like feel. It is located in Candolim area with the Candolim beach about 15 minutes walk. There are a lot of dining and shopping options around the hotel. The hotel staff were warm and attentive. The food was excellent. The kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool and loved the car and scooter kept the hotel lobby.
