Pathetic rude behavior by chef Ali
I had a very disappointing experience at Spice it. The food prepared by Chef Ali was truly below expectations and did not justify the standards one would expect from the restaurant. What made the experience even worse was his attitude towards guests. He was rude, dismissive, and seemed to lack basic courtesy and professionalism. Hospitality is not just about serving food—it is about making guests feel welcome and respected. I strongly urge the management to look into his behaviour and take appropriate corrective action. Sometimes, it's important to put yourself in the guest's shoes and understand how such interactions can affect the overall dining experience.
On a positive note, the service staff were excellent. The servers were polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Their professionalism was the only reason the experience wasn't entirely negative.

Lovely stay at Ibis Goa. Was here for 10 days with my family and felt very comfortable. The staff overall was very helpful. Special thanks to Manager Neeraj from the Spice it restaurant. Excellent service and was on top of his game.
The food was very good and on point. Not one bad dish over 10 days and at least 2 meals a day.
Would highly recommend this property for budget stays.
