Great Visit.
Great Location with clean surroundings.Romms are having a great quality of linen.Food speacially the buffet was great. Mr Swarup was very helpful from FnB and Chef Desiree Continue was very polite and helpful.She really a great individual for service industry.

Memorable stay and experience
Celebrated our mother's 85th birthday with a family reunion at FFI Benaulim - Could not have made a better decision! The property is beautiful and the associates went the extra mile and delivered impeccable service! Memories for a lifetime were made. Thanks to the GM, Mr. Vinayak Patnekar, for leading from the front and delivering personalised service.
Amazing and Cordial Staff
Amazing experience even though we were walk in guests. I’d like to specially mention - Joshua. He was so warm and amazing that we were compelled to come to the same hotel even though we were not staying for dinner and breakfast. Joshua is amazingly cordial and along with him the entire staff is too good and friendly. Will definitely visit again.
Review
The hotel was really nice and the location was great too. The staff is friendly and helpful specially Maruf, Alem, kenzen and sous chef Ujjal. They helped us the whole trip and always greeted us with warmth. It was overall a good experience.
