Pretty relaxing stay
We had a wonderful experience at the property. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and the entire staff was extremely courteous, warm, and attentive. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with excellent upkeep and attention to detail throughout.
A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Ms. Steffi for going the extra mile to make our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Her warmth and personal attention were truly appreciated.
Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!
Great holiday experience
During my recent stay at Grand Hyatt, I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, professional and extremely helpful throughout my stay. A special mention to Prajwal, Ms Ria and Ms Stephanie from the Front Office team for their warm hospitality, attentiveness and willingness to assist. I would also like to appreciate Rahul from the kitchen team for his excellent service. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality contributed significantly to making our stay comfortable and memorable.
Gran Hyatt, Bambolim, Goa stay
A beautiful resort, to give you the best possible luxury alongwith Goan experience! Its a huge but wellmaintained and well-equiped property. Large loans, sea-facing walking tracks, sea-facing event areas, large outdor swimming pool, walking distance and direct access to the beach, comfy and cosy rooms with good services, and spacious dinning areas. It does offer verything one may expect from a luxury stay! Rooms have spacious washrooms and bath-tubs, will expected range of amenities. Electric cars are handy everywhere. Its does have in-sight casino, too!
Great Property with Average Service
The property stands out for its location and size. However the attitude of the staff and service needs to be improved significantly for it to live upto a 5 star property.
Grand stay
This is an awesome property. It is located at the bay. It has a lot of green. The property is very large with 7 buildings of 3 floors each. The administrative building is separate. It is very spread out and does present grandness. There is a path to go to the narrow beach. But the beach is not the main attraction here. There’s enough within the walls. The bay view is good. Watch the sunset if you can. The breakfast spread is very good. Other foods are not that expensive, given the standard offered. The room and bathroom were truly luxurious. Overall, it was a great stay.
