Bad experience all around.
Bad experience at the hotel. Location is in a very remote area. Staffs are acting like we are not at all welcome there. Except few guys in cafeteria, no one is bothered about the guests. They will do their own works. Common areas are not well maintained, especially cafeteria. Room size was very small. Not at all value for money for a 4 star hotel. Didn't felt these kind of don't care behaviours from staffa in any other hotels.

As a first time traveler to , i fairfield by Marriott hotel a beautiful place. From my fi there until my last, the service was a 10/10 where each staff was very welcoming as well as ve understanding. The location was spot on where i could enjoy the view of the pool Rooms, Cleanliness, Noise level, and Amenities were above and beyond my expectations. Crown Hot like a home and untill now, im proud to say, i consider Fairfield hotel away from hor thanks to Mr. Buddhadeb Housekeeping...
