Citrus Waskaduwa

The main criterion for choosing a hotel was comfort and quality of service. Therefore, after reading the reviews, we decided that Citrus 5* Waskaduwa was suitable for us. However, what we received here exceeded our expectations. We were the first guests to arrive after the renovation, and we were treated with special kindness. We were greeted with lotus flowers, a delicious mojito, and were immediately settled in our room. We spent 15 days at the hotel, and we would like to highlight the high level of service. The cleaning was done well every day, and the hygiene products and tea, coffee, and water were constantly replenished. The food was delicious, with plenty of seafood, fruits, and desserts. The service was excellent, and the chef was a great talent, for which I would like to express my gratitude. There was a bar by the pool and a bar near the restaurant. The cocktails were delicious, and the service was top-notch. I would also like to mention the animator Mr. Ruwan, who provided yoga and water aerobics. Water aerobics are a lot of fun, and he's a pro at yoga. He has a good stretch, and at the end, he lifted us on his back. It was like a manual. The hotel grounds are large, the lawn is good, and there is a lot of fauna, we saw a monitor lizard, a chameleon, chipmunks, and several types of birds. We were there during the rainy season, but we were lucky with the weather, it rained only once. Although the ocean was stormy, it was a pleasure to ride the waves. I would also like to mention Chalani and Madushanki the Guest Relations managers, who were always interested in our well-being and whether we needed anything. Aravinda from the pool and the Barman Ishara, and the supervisor Kapila they were amazing. The Restaurant waiter Kumara, hostess Sherin. They did a great job. Everyone did amazing job. The staff resolved the issue of hot water immediately. Very pleasant. In general, all the staff is friendly and ready to help when needed. We recommend visiting Citrus 5* in Waskaduwa. The hotel fully meets its star rating, and its staff will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We, for our part, are very glad that we chose this hotel for our first visit to Sri Lanka, and we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff for a great time.
