Amazing customer service
We had an amazing experience in this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and lovely. One of my team has a lot of food allergies and they went out of their way in the restaurant to accommodate her. It’s got a New York industrial chic look which is a little unusual in Sri Lanka but it was a fantastic option for a night before flying home. Highly recommend.

Best stay ever
Me and my family had the best stay at Pledge Scape Negambo.. the hotel, interior, cleanliness, friendly staff and good food I give it 10/10 ..superb place to relax.. everything was perfect.. the breathtaking view of the sea from the balcony it was splendid...and thanking the staff for the understanding about our child and thank you Mr. Dileesha Kavinda and the management for giving us a special rate..this is the best hotel experience I've ever had..looking forward to visiting again soon.. thank you!

Plegescape better than expected! Location on beach perfect and exceptional desk help from Tharidi &Dileeka getting us best rate transport to airport . Breakfast amazing buffet with Western and Asian choices. Drinks by pool memorable and several nearby street restaurants as well as budget beach areas for drinks, small meals at sunset. Staff here well trained for good service. ( Coolbear next door good for breezy drinks!)

Family of 24 people stay
One of the best stay we had. We were total of 24 with 13 rooms. We stayed two nights. Everything was perfect from room to the restaurant and the service. Special shout out to Janaka, Ishan, Piyara and Adeesha. Location is amazing as well with a great atmosphere.

Wonderful Stay 😍😍
We travelled as a group and had a wonderful time at Pledge Scape. All my family members had a wonderful time at the hotel. A big thank you for Janaka and Priya who helped with booking the accomodation. Also, Ishan, Dasuni, Oshani, Adisha, Yomal, Senesh from the restaurant treated our family with a lot of hospitality. Great stay 😍😍
