Wonderful vacation with my family
Such a wonderful holiday we had with my family . Since our arrival till departure they taken care us very well and treat very friendly for our entire family with their hospitality . Special Thanks gose to GM Mr.Manoj / RDM Sanka and FOM Lakmal and entire Hotel managers and staff .

It is with great pleasure and delight that I wish to compile this letter of appreciation, gratefully reminiscing about the two wonderful days my wife, loving father and mother of Chandi spent at your leisure resort, Club Hotel Dolphin. Hospitality goes deeper than efficiency and good manners. It is the art of making people feel welcome, safe, and well cared for from the first inquiry to the final farewell.
It depends on the Character and consistency of those who serve. The 5 C's: Hospitality, Competence, Character, Commitment, Communication, and Collaboration. These qualities were displayed par excellence by. Your team starts from Manoj, the General Manager, Sanka, the Room Division Manager, Raveen, the Food and Beverages Manager, Lucky, the Admin Manager, The Chefs and the Waiting Staff at the restaurant service during mealtime, ever so pleasing Front Office team, and the Housekeeping Staff. Our 53rd Wedding Anniversary was celebrated at your leisure resort, Club Hotel Dolphin, to our greatest satisfaction.
