I stay started out with several issues. Thasneem Thajudeen, guest relations GM single-handedly turned a pleasant stay into an incredible experience. You should go to the Kingsbury just to experience his professionalism and service!

Group Birthday Party at Kingsburry
We had a corporate group birthday of several staff and team members at the Kingsburry excellent quality food very tasty honestly and not above the rest, Nilupul was amazing Service was outstanding.

A very special thank you to Ruchira for the outstanding customer service. The professionalism, warm hospitality, genuine care, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. It is people like Ruchira who turn a simple visit into a memorable experience. The level of service made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
The cocktails and mocktails were fantastic, beautifully prepared and a pleasure to enjoy. Everything, from the quality of the drinks to the overall atmosphere and hospitality, made the experience even more enjoyable.
My heartfelt thanks also go to the entire Sky Lounge team for their hard work, friendly attitude, and dedication to creating such a wonderful experience for guests. Excellent service like this deserves to be recognized and appreciated.

Teppanyaki
We went to the japanese restaurant teppanyaki. Had to wait a while till they start it as they were waiting for another group. Otherwise ok. Food was good.
