Excellent stay in Sheraton Hotel Colombo
Excellent location and outstanding service! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the reception team in particular were amazing.
We arrived around 3:00 pm. Two of our rooms were ready, but the third room was not. The hotel acknowledged the mistake and very kindly upgraded us to a suite, which we really appreciated. A special mention goes to the Duty Manager, Mr. Mohd Inshaf, who was exceptionally helpful, professional, and accommodating. He went out of his way to assist us and fully cooperated with all our requirements, making our stay very comfortable. The Executive Lounge and breakfast were both excellent, with a great selection and very good service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Sheraton Colombo and would definitely return with our family on our next visit to Colombo. Highly recommended!

being home away from home
I‘ve stayed in the Sheraton Colombo for a bit over two months. Since it‘s located conveniently between two major roads, very close to the sea, one can reach all interesting places throughout Colombo quite easily. The Front Office Manager Mr. Gularatnam and all well trained staff of the Hotel were very friendly, professional and attentive and made me feel being home away from home, as I expected it from a Marriott Group Hotel. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and versatile in order to meet the taste of the international guests. All together I was very satisfied with my stay at Sheraton Colombo and hope see them all again in the future.

I was observing Mr.Tharrindu ( Msnager ) has created a beautiful working environment for his team/employees. That help his team to perform and serve their guests well. Amazing food and superb staff. Thank you for creating good humans through kindness. All the best for the future.
