I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Mandarina was so exceptional that I had to share. This hotel has completely won me over, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.
First, the room was exactly what I needed. I stayed in a King room, which was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and, most importantly, very quiet. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. A small but lovely touch was the housekeeping staff — after cleaning the room the next day, they had neatly arranged all my cosmetics on the vanity. It's attention to detail like that which makes a real difference.
However, the true heart of Mandarina is its people. A special shout-out must go to Rushani at the front desk. She is, without a doubt, one of the most genuinely friendly and kind staff members I have ever met. Since my flight departed late in the evening, I spent the entire afternoon at the hotel. Even though I was essentially "lingering" past checkout, Rushani maintained her wonderful smile and patience throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
From the moment I arrived, Rushani went above and beyond. She personally accompanied me to help choose the room, ensuring I was happy with everything. Her assistance didn't stop there — whether it was arranging the morning call, coordinating the breakfast pick-up for my tour group, or just offering help whenever needed, she handled it all with such warmth and professionalism.
I also want to praise the restaurant team. They have an amazing memory for guests' personal preferences and provided such personalized service during breakfast. It made me feel so welcome.
Thank you, Rushani, and everyone at Mandarina, for your kindness, efficiency, and genuine care. You made my trip so much brighter.
I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

The hotel’s location is a huge plus—extremely accessible and surrounded by everything you need to make your stay smooth and comfortable.
Every interaction with the front desk team was seamless. They operate with great efficiency and genuine warmth. A very special mention goes to Andra, whose hospitality really elevated our experience. She was proactive, extremely helpful, and handled every detail with effortless grace. Highly recommend this hotel for both its location and top-tier service!. The rooms were immaculate, and offered beautiful views, while the amenities and location made our trip smooth and enjoyable.
What truly elevated our experience, however, was the incredible service from Andra. From the moment we checked in, She made us feel right at home with her warm smile, genuine hospitality, and attentive care. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, offering excellent local recommendations and honestly her professionalism and welcoming personality set the standard for excellent service.
