Exemplary service, fantastic amenities, and an outstanding stay!
We recently stayed in a Studio Room at Jetwing Colombo 7 (Family of 5), and it exceeded our expectations. The service and attentiveness to guest needs here are truly exemplary; the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
The Studio Room itself was clean, comfortable, and basic in the best way, but what really set it apart was the kitchenette featuring an excellent washer/dryer (a massive plus for travellers!). To top it off, having complimentary morning coffee delivered straight to our room by room service was an outstanding touch that made our mornings.
Other highlights included an excellent breakfast choice with plenty of variety and a wonderful on-site SPA that offers incredibly reasonable prices for the quality of treatment.
If I'm nitpicking, the gym is on the basic side, though it makes up for it with great views. The swimming pool is nice but quite cold, and parents should note that there is very little ledge, making it a bit hazardous for unsupervised children; definitely keep an eye on your children.
Located in a quiet, lovely residential area not far from the main park, this is an outstanding, well-priced hotel with an excellent team. We would absolutely revisit!

Overall great hotel
Lovely hotel however our air con started leaking and it took a while for them to fix, we first had to chase to get someone to look at it, and then were waiting for them to fix it which meant we didn't get to bed until 12.30am the day before our flight. We didn't really get much apology for this inconvenience either so were disappointed. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing. We had a lovely massage at the spa and staff there were very friendly. The doormen Sirisena and Lashantha were also vey friendly and helpful.
True srilankan hospitality
I recently stayed at Jetwing Colombo Seven in Colombo and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. This modern, stylish hotel perfectly blends urban luxury with warm Sri Lankan hospitality. The location in Cinnamon Gardens is fantastic—convenient for exploring the city while feeling peaceful and upscale. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with a minimalist touch that makes them incredibly comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool with its stunning city views. Breakfast at the restaurant was outstanding, with a huge variety of fresh options that catered to every taste. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the incredible service. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, but I have to give special praise to the bell boys and door keepers. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome every single time. Sirisena and Bandara were absolute stars! Sirisena was so helpful with our luggage and always greeted us with a big smile and genuine warmth whenever we returned to the hotel. Bandara at the door was equally fantastic—proactive, courteous, and always ready to assist with taxis, directions, or anything we needed. Their enthusiasm and dedication really elevated our experience and made us feel like valued guests. If you’re visiting Colombo, Jetwing Colombo Seven is a top choice. Excellent value, beautiful facilities, and outstanding people like Sirisena and Bandara who embody true hospitality. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!

Hopper and Rotti Night
Came with my mother for the hopper and rotti night... food was excellent. Staff was very friendly. We were served by Vimukthi and he gave an excellent service, very helpful and very attentive
