Superb customer service. Kasun is the manager in charge of F&B who goes out of the way to make you happy. He is an asset to the property. Good food and good ambiance.
Birthday joy
Excellent from start to finish. The welcome was perfect. They gave us a free room upgrade and had decorated the room for my daughter’s birthday on our arrival. Complimentary wine, fruit bowl and birthday cake along with balloons and decorations. Service fantastic. Breakfast great with a lot of variety and always fresh. Swimming pool and spa great. View of the lotus tower from 31st floor was breathtaking. Would highly recommend for anyone wishing to be central, but avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city occasionally too!
