Galle Face Hotel
Had a wonderful three night stay at the GFH. I stay here every summer and each year has never disappointed. This year we did the hotel historical tour with Iresha from the front desk. Amazing experience. I've stayed numerous times and didn't even know the hotel had a dedicated museum among other fascinating things. Highly recommend the one hour tour through Colombo's Grande Dame.
Exceptional stay at Galle Face Hotel
Our stay at this Hotel was exceptional, and much of that was thanks to the incredible team who made us feel welcomed and well cared for from start to finish. Every interaction reflected genuine hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
We would especially like to recognize Sajeevan for coordinating our reservation and graciously inviting us to dinner. Dinushi also made a wonderful first impression by personally showing us to our room and taking the time to answer all of our questions. A heartfelt thank you to the Front Office team—Frank, Humaith, and Iresha—for accommodating our busy schedule with efficiency and professionalism. We also appreciate the prompt assistance from Bertrum and Wijesinghe, who handled our luggage quickly and carefully when we arrived and departed.

Our stay at Galle Face Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we experienced outstanding hospitality and genuine care from the entire team. The staff were warm, attentive, and always responded promptly to our requests, making our stay both comfortable and memorable.
A special thank you goes to Iresha, Melissa, Tharuka, Sazni, and Bertrum from the Front Office team for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and prompt assistance throughout our stay. Their dedication to excellent guest service made a lasting impression, and we sincerely appreciate their efforts.
