I had a wonderful experience at Galle Face Hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and professional. A special thanks to Fazna for her kindness, warm hospitality, and excellent service. She made the experience even more memorable. Wonderful welcome
A warm welcome was given by Devatha the Front office supervisor and his associate Sithum they looked into my good request and gave a wonderful room. With a direct sea view room and jagucy as well. Thank you.
Amazing Gem! Highlight of our Holiday
Ajith and Shuhan cooked an incredible delicious meal, we especially loved the Sirloin and the Beef bourgenoin. Our server Natheela was amazing, kind patient and very attentive. Best part of our stay at Galle Face hotel!
Lunch Buffet
Verandah restaurant lunch is great so many varieties to choose. Service is very good Specially restaurant manager prabath done good job. We are regular customer if gall face hotel and once a month we going there for lunch.
Memorable Experience at Firebeach Restaurant
I visited Galle face hotel with my family where I met Aneeq And Fazna at the guest experience center. They made my day special by guiding us to the Firebeach restaurant. They were very kind and helpful. They made our evening memorable and I would like to thank them for their excellent service!
