Excellent service
Excellent service, especially from the room service team. We experienced an unexpected issue due to a power outage, and Mr. Luxmal responded immediately. He attended to the situation promptly and resolved it within a few minutes. He was friendly, polite, professional, and very supportive throughout.
We truly appreciate his excellent service and believe he is a valuable asset to this hotel. Thank you for making our stay more comfortable despite the unexpected situation.

Great place to spend your holidays
We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala recently. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, including table tennis, badminton, and a well-equipped gym. The kids loved the play area and baby pool.
The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Their warm hospitality really made the experience special. Highly recommended!
Beautiful Luxury Stay with Excellent Food – Restaurant Service Could Be Improved
We recently stayed at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala and, overall, had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel continues to be one of the best beachfront resorts in Sri Lanka, offering a beautiful atmosphere, comfortable accommodation, and excellent food.
We stayed in a Junior Suite, and it was fantastic. The room was spacious, stylish, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The amenities and overall ambience truly reflected the luxury that Cinnamon Bey is known for. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The food was another highlight of our stay. There was an excellent variety at every meal, and the quality and taste were consistently outstanding. The chefs deserve special appreciation for maintaining such a high standard.
The only area where we noticed room for improvement was the restaurant service. Compared to our previous visits, the service did not feel as attentive or engaging as it used to be. While the staff were polite, they seemed less proactive in approaching guests, checking whether anything was needed, or ensuring that everyone was having a pleasant dining experience. A little more personal interaction and attentiveness would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and better reflect the high standards expected from a luxury resort.
Despite this, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. With a small improvement in restaurant service, Cinnamon Bey could once again deliver the exceptional luxury experience that many guests have come to expect. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We visited Cinnamon Bay Beruwala last Saturday for our Wycherley staff trip.
The hotel was very clean and the beach view was beautiful. Staff were welcoming and service was prompt.
Food was delicious and there were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy.
Overall, it was a great team experience and we really enjoyed our day.
Highly recommend for company outings.
