Great Experience
Great place to spend your vacation. Great Room and with a vast swimming pool. You will meet great staff to serve you with pleasant attitude. Always with helpful 😊... Great food, shout out to all the "S KITCHEN" staff for their endless assistance and for the tasty meals and vast desserts. (@ Amanda,Githara,Prarthana,Mahesha,anju and Kavee) And for the room service staff for the express service available @ any time without delay. Thank you.

"We visited Sheraton Kosgoda for a family buffet lunch, and it was a really lovely experience from start to finish. The place is very well managed and comfortable, and we were given a warm welcome, the way Sri Lankans always treat their guests, from the bottom of the heart. 🇱🇰 The buffet had a great variety, with Sri Lankan and Indian dishes, a separate grill section, and a musician playing live music that made the atmosphere even nicer. Everything was fresh and well presented, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The hotel itself is beautiful. Security was good, the pool area is lovely, and the grounds are green and peaceful. We also went up to the rooftop club, which has a fantastic view and is well worth a visit. Special thanks to Sameera and his team for making our day so enjoyable. If you are visiting the south coast of Sri Lanka, I highly recommend Sheraton Kosgoda for a relaxing and memorable stay or even just a meal with family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worst lunch ever had in 5 star hotel
Disappointing Dining Experience at Sheraton Kosgoda
We were extremely disappointed with our dining experience at Sheraton Kosgoda. As a five-star hotel, we expected a much higher standard of food quality and preparation.
Unfortunately, every dish we ordered was excessively salty, to the point that it significantly affected the taste and overall enjoyment of the food. The excessive use of salt was consistent across all the dishes we tried, making it difficult to understand how the food met the expected culinary standards of a five-star establishment.
This was particularly disappointing given the reputation and standards associated with a hotel of this calibre. We believe that proper seasoning and quality control are fundamental aspects of a professional dining experience.
We sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously, reviews the kitchen’s food preparation and quality control processes, and takes the necessary steps to prevent similar experiences in the future.
Overall, this experience fell well below our expectations, and we hope to see meaningful improvements in the quality and consistency of the food served.

We spent our honeymoon in Sheraton Kosgoda Sri Lanka and were absolutely delighted with our experience! ❤️ The hotel exceeded our expectations, and everything was wonderful. A special thank you to the staff for being so friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. I want to thank especially S Kitchen's staff Githara Amanda Kavindu Ayesh Vikum Stany The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made our honeymoon even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and are leaving with beautiful memories.
