Had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Rooms were very spacious clean with beautiful sea view. Satisfied with facilities and meal. Also the staff were very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend for who is looking for reasonable down south stay

Exceptional Hospitality
My recent visit to Crystal Sands was the perfect remedy for a busy schedule. From the moment we arrived, the cozy, well-kept environment set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. We were particularly impressed with the dining, every meal we had was top tier. The hotel’s location is ideal, it sits in a quiet, undisturbed pocket that feels a world away from the noise of Hikkaduwa, yet it’s close enough to reach the action easily whenever you want. Despite the off-season sea conditions preventing us from hitting the water, the property itself provided such a beautiful atmosphere that we didn't miss a thing. A huge part of why our stay was so memorable comes down to the incredible team. Mr. Dilum at the Front Office went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after, and Bawantha from Housekeeping was consistently kind and attentive to every detail. Highly recommended!

Warm Hospitality and Great Dining Experience
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. A special thank to Kavnidya for the exceptional service during breakfast and dinner. Your attentiveness and warm smile made every meal even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Hikkaduwa and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment was incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It truly felt like a home away from home.
What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service from the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.
A special thank you to the housekeeping team—Pathum, Thakshila, and Hasaranga—for their outstanding work. They kept the apartment spotless throughout our stay and were always friendly, courteous, and attentive. Your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate everything you did to make our stay so comfortable. Special thanks to Buddhini at front office for all her help.
We highly recommend Crystal Sands Hikkaduwa to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront stay with excellent service, spacious accommodation, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. We look forward to returning!
