This property is situated in Athuruwella, Induruwa, on the west coast. It is 3 hours' drive from Colombo and 4 hours' drive from Bandaranaike International Airport.
This luxury, boutique beach hotel comprises a total of 27 suites. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service and a currency exchange facility. There are 2 bars and a breakfast/dining room and guests will appreciate the conference hall and Internet access (charges apply). They can also take advantage of the room and laundry services (for an additional fee) and there is parking for those arriving by car.
The luxuriously furnished suites are air-conditioned and designed in traditional Sri Lankan style. They are all carefully positioned to give guests spectacular views of the shoreline and the sea. All come with an open-air bathroom with a shower/bathtub, a make-up mirror, a dressing room and a hairdryer. The suites also comprise a sleeping deck, a lounge area and a verandah. They offer a king-size bed and are equipped with a telephone, satellite/cable TV, a minibar, a radio, a CD player and a safe. Furthermore, individually regulated air conditioning units are provided in all suites as standard.
This hotel features a swimming pool with sun loungers and sports enthusiasts can enjoy a work out in the gym. They can also relax in the sauna or the steam room or with a massage treatment (all for an additional fee). They can also pamper themselves with a spa treatment. Pool/snooker is also available.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Unparalleled luxury with the most beautiful location possible.. Special mention of our caretaker Mr. Dulara, energetic and passionate for his job he made the stay memorable.. Spectacular sea view rooms, great views and clean beach.. Will surely visit again
A Truly Five-Star Experience – Our Second Amazing Stay
This was our second stay at Saman Villas, and once again, it was absolutely amazing. Returning here reminded us why we loved this place so much the first time.
The highlight of our stay was our personal butler, Hashini. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, she made every part of our stay special. Her attention to detail, genuine kindness, and professionalism were outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always made sure everything was perfect. She truly made our stay unforgettable and is a real credit to Saman Villas.
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. This is what true five-star hospitality feels like.
The food was simply next level. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared to perfection. Dining at Saman Villas is an experience in itself.
The location is breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, enjoying a cup of tea on the balcony with uninterrupted sea views, walking along the peaceful beach, and watching the sunset from the cliffs made every moment special. The hotel is beautifully maintained and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind.
A big thank you to Hashini and the entire Saman Villas team for another unforgettable stay. We left with wonderful memories once again, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Peaceful Gateaway with Excellent Service
This is an excellent place to relax and unwind! The location, food and ambience is perfect. We have been provided a personalized service through Nisthantha, who was always available with any request. Special mention to the Sri Lankan spread they have - really awesome. Strongly recomennd this place for a peaceful gateaway!
