Best hotel to have a great vacation
Ambient atmosphere with a beautiful architecture, rooms were spacious and with great facilities. The food buffet had a great variety of food and it was all very tasty. The staff were very friendly and kind, helpful in every way. The recreational activities were fun and pool, beach were all a calming experience. Much recommended place for everyone who wants to enjoy their vacation!

Our stay at Cinnamon Bentota Beach – Signature Selection was absolutely amazing. Honestly, this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I loved every moment of it! Location: Absolutely over the top! The location is incredible and adds so much to the overall experience. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind and enjoy your surroundings. Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms were easily among the best I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and maintained to a very high standard. Everything felt well thought out, and the attention to detail really stood out. Food: Every single thing we tried was delicious! The food was consistently tasty, and we genuinely enjoyed our dining experience. Staff & Service: This deserves a special mention. The staff were exceptionally good, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The service was simply superb and made the entire stay even more enjoyable. Atmosphere: For me, one of the biggest highlights was the calm and relaxing atmosphere. It was peaceful, comfortable, and the perfect place to escape, unwind, and recharge. The noise level was practically zero, which made the experience even better. Amenities: Absolutely top-notch! Everything we needed was available, and then some. The amenities were high quality, and you could really tell that the hotel pays attention to the little things. One personal highlight was the espresso machine in the room – such a great touch and something I genuinely loved! Value for Money: 10000% worth it! Considering the quality of the rooms, cleanliness, food, service, location, and amenities, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Everything came together perfectly to make this a truly memorable stay. I honestly struggled to find anything to complain about. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful, clean, and high-quality hotel with outstanding service, this place is absolutely worth considering. Loved it, loved it, loved it! Would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended! ❤️

Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Stay
We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel and were incredibly impressed by the exceptional hospitality we received throughout our visit. A Perfect, Relaxing Family Getaway – Exceptional Hospitality!
This was our 4th visit to Cinnamon Bentota Beach, and once again, it did not disappoint! We had a wonderful 1-night stay with our family of 5, and it was truly a relaxing and memorable experience from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a Sea View category! They provided us with interconnecting rooms, which was fantastic as it allowed all five of us to stay connected and enjoy our time together comfortably inside. We booked on a half-board basis, and the buffet was superb! There was a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from, catering to everyone’s taste. We also thoroughly enjoyed all the water activities and amenities. The pool water was wonderfully warm, which we really loved, and the pool bar was a great spot to unwind. We had a blast on the beach, and the boat safari and speed boat rides on the lake were fantastic highlights of our trip! A special shout-out and heartfelt thank you to our GRO, Ms. Hasani. Her hospitality was exceptional—everything we needed throughout our stay was perfectly handled by her with care and efficiency. In addition to Ms. Hasani, all the other staff members were incredibly warm, friendly, and provided top-notch service. Everything about our stay was seamless and peaceful. Having visited four times now, we can confidently say we love coming back here and can’t wait for our next visit!
