I recommend the stay for the best river front view and easy beach access.
We had a wonderful stay at NH Bentota! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the beachfront location was beautiful. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sri Lanka! Would like to appreciate your work @ Thisandu, room service and Thushara, Suranjith, Shashini, Sudan, Vinod, Rachitha, Suraj, Upal chef from Cafe Bem.
But very disappointed from one person from the hotel, his arrogant behaviour while we r out for dinning. I hope to get these ppl don’t get the notice of even mentioning their name.

Wonderful hotel with a lovely team
We had a wonderful 2-night stay at NH Bentota Ceysands Resort and enjoyed every moment. Its unique location between the river and the ocean makes it a truly special getaway, and arriving by boat adds to the experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at breakfast and dinner, and the pool, beach, and facilities were all well maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, with special thanks to Sahan, Samoshi, and Nadeesha at reception, Suranjith, Lalantha, Shevin, Sithum, and Madhu at Cafe Bem, and the wonderful SPA team for their exceptional care. We left with great memories and would happily recommend this resort for a relaxing holiday in Sri Lanka.

The location was convenient and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, although some areas could benefit from a refresh. The property offered reasonable value for money and was generally clean throughout.
Service was friendly and helpful, and the available amenities met expectations. Noise levels were acceptable for most of the stay, with only minor disturbances at times.
Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement, and I would consider staying here again.

Great service by Darshana, Rasika and Rangana at Siam Pearl restaurant. Cooked and served amazing dishes to my kids and family every evening.
