We had a wonderful honeymoon at Constance Ephelia and would happily recommend the resort. The property is beautiful, the location is stunning, and what impressed us most was how much the team genuinely cared about their guests.

Our stay didn’t start perfectly. We experienced several service issues during the first days, including ants in our welcome drinks, some inconsistencies in the restaurant, and a power outage in our room. None of these issues alone would have defined our stay, but together they were disappointing, especially as we had chosen Ephelia as the highlight of our honeymoon.

What truly deserves recognition is what happened afterwards. Guest Relations and the management team listened carefully, took our feedback seriously, and went above and beyond to make things right. We were invited for a personal conversation, upgraded to a beautiful Junior Suite with sea view, received thoughtful personalised gifts, and were shown genuine warmth and hospitality for the remainder of our stay.

No hotel is perfect, but the willingness to acknowledge mistakes and turn a difficult situation into a positive memory says a lot about a resort. We leave with wonderful memories and truly appreciate the effort the team made to ensure our honeymoon ended on a high note.
