The hotel is located in the northern part of the island, 5 km from the capital Victoria. Beau Vallon Beach is 2 minutes' walk from the hotel. It is 15 km from the airport. The property has 232-rooms. There is a casino and cosy bars. Dining options include five restaurants serving different cuisines, from Italian and Chinese à la carte, to grill lunches, to traditional Japanese grill cooking and even a Tandoori Indian restaurant. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which also offers 24-hour check-out service, a safe and currency exchange facilities. Additional facilities include a children's playground and a café. Conference facilities, laundry service and a car park are available. The en suite rooms offer a range of amenities including double or king-size beds, a phone and a TV. A safe, a minibar and a fridge is also provided.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
We stayed for a 1 night on BB on 17th July 26 and had a wonderful experience thanks to Ms Jacintha from the front office who was exceptionally welcoming and attentive making us feel at ease right from check-in. She handled our requests with efficiency and genuine care, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. Her professionalism combined with her warm personality truly elevated our stay. It’s rare to encounter such dedication, and I deeply appreciate the effort she put into ensuring everything went smoothly. She's a great asset to the hotel.

Breakfast and food terrible !!!
My Wife Mrs Chandra and my son is currently staying in room 024, despite room is comfortable and surrounding is clean and beautiful but the food section is terrible thier, breakfast is tasteless, bakery is not fresh, sausages not well cooked no taste, hot chocolate is watery, baked beans tasteless, food ordered in room for dinner (room service) make my wife sick, finally she is eating in other hotel and other restaurants!!!

Basic hotel, but friendly staff and perfect location.
It's very expensive to visit Seychelles. Berjaya Resort was affordable for me. The rooms are dated and basic but the pictures in the travel guide were realistic so I exactly knew what to expect. So no dissapointment at all!
The resort is perfectly located near a buss stop, ATM, supermarket and a beautiful beach. The small centre of Beau Vallon is also nearby.
Staff is very friendly. I booked halfboard because Seychelles is a very expensive destination and didn't expected haute cuisine. But the food was beyound expectations. Don't compare it with an all inclusive hotel in Spain, Turkey or Egypt this is more intimate. The choices are more limited.
It was possible to watch World Cup but the music was too load.
If you are not looking for entertainment, night life or a crowded place, Beau Vallon is the place to be. And Berjaya Resort makes travelling to Seychelles possible for the most of us.
Wonderful stay — great staff and perfect for diving and snorkeling
We spent 6 days here and took some wonderful boat excursions to snorkeling spots. It's also an excellent place for diving. The hotel has pools with warm water too, which is perfect in case it happens to rain. We enjoyed our stay so much. The reception team continuously solved every little problem we had, whether it was with the internet, advice for excursions, a late check-out, or any of the many small things that come up during a trip. A special thank you goes to Ms Tess and Ms Nanon, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. Everyone we met was very friendly here. We can only recommend this hotel and hope to return one day. Thank you for making our holiday so special!
Don't Expect too much
The hotel is in a good location, and some staff members were helpful, especially Jacinta at the front desk. The waiters in the Italian restaurant were also excellent.
However, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms felt old and tired, the Wi-Fi was very poor, the TV did not work, and the window was broken. We also arrived late for check-in and found that no restaurants were open, which was frustrating.
Special requests were not properly attended to, and the casino experience was very poor. The casino staff were rude, seemed to change the rules as they pleased, and there were no slot machines available as advertised. I would not recommend wasting time at the casino.
Overall, while the location is good and a few staff members were helpful, the hotel needs serious attention to maintenance, service consistency, Wi-Fi, and guest communication.
