This luxury resort boasts fantastic location in a magical turquoise lagoon, breath-taking views of the Indian Ocean from all rooms and suites and a wide array of exciting activities in the area. Tourists, who are not satisfied with just lying on the beach, can enjoy the advantages of the water sports centre and try kite surfing, scuba diving or big game fishing among other options. Alternatively, those who find that relaxation is the true synonym of a good vacation can feel rejuvenated and pampered with a number of massages and wellness treatments in the hands of the SPA professionals. As no really memorable holiday is complete without a feast for the palate, the resort offers its guests a myriad of gastronomic influences ranging from French-inspired and traditional Mauritian cuisine, to the exotic dishes of India and South-East Asia and fine Japanese selections.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The hotel is sooo family friendly.. special thanks to the night duty manager Ashok I think for his care and Jameel for looking after us in the emergency. The tepanyaki by our nepal chef was soo good. Loved the screenings of the fifa2026 in their cinematic theater. The location of the hotle with the amazing view of the mountain is soo good
We went to the St Regis for 10 days on our honeymoon and it was perfect! The restaurants are all extraordinary, especially the Indian Restaurant has a great service and a creative menu. The butler service is really a full on service! Garry and Avish organized romantic surprises and managed to get us a last minute spot on a seaplane. We hope to come back some day.
I was in the resort second time and you know what? It was even nicer, friendlier,… I would like to thank mrs. Sita, our chambermaid, mrs. Manisha (waitress) and incredible beach team Rikish, Vicky, Adi and Emmanuel. This place is simply the best in every respect (clean, quiet, big rooms, fantastic food, kindness,…)
We had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis Mauritius. Everything was beautiful, and what truly made our experience special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.
The food was good, with a nice variety throughout our stay.
The only downside was the beach. While it is beautiful, there are quite a lot of rocks in the water, so it can be a bit uncomfortable to enter the sea without water shoes.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and hospitality.
We had a tremendously relaxed trip to this hotel. From start to finish we felt welcomed, cared for and spoilt! We had a lovely experience with our personal butler Avish. There wasnt anything that was too much and we appreciated his demeanor.
