Service was terrible, front disk Sanjeev promos things they can’t hold and charge you 100 euro for it, disaster, most of the staff is sweet. But never ever again not for me and not for recommendation.!
Fantastic stay
Our stay was excellent and we had the best staff looking after us. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the food was excellent and the whole experience was so good. From the manager, Jennifer to the whole team, thanks so much for your warmth and love. A very special mention to the kids club team and the animation team, Joanna, Mireille, Emmanuella, Rooney, Elodie, Emmanuel, Victoria, Oceanne and the whole entire team. You were all so good at what you do and you deserve a lot of credit and our sincere thanks. Lots of love and best wishes from Hansraj, Veema, Ileana and Selena. Value for Money with Room for Improvement
We had a fine stay and many of the things, food included, were pretty good, but the spa needs a revamp whilst customer service could surely be better. A great property on the whole, nonetheless.

Amazing Stay at Coral Azur
Great resort in the North Mont Choisy area, close to all the vibing places in Grand Baie and Troux Aue Biche. Loved our stay at Coral Azur. Beautiful, clean facilities, Great Food, beautiful beach. Beautiful sunsets. The best public beaches walking distance from the Hotel. Very family friendly resort. Great Value for money: a 3 star resort with 5 star service. Highly recommend this Resort. Will definitely return.

An unforgettable stay from start to finish!
Perfectly situated on a stuning stretch of coast with postcard-worthy sunset views. The pools, gardens, and direct beach access are impeccably maintained.
Room was Spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Housekeeping keeps the entire resort in flawless condition daily, thank you to Mary jane for her impecable daily cleaning and incredible towel art!
Food: Fresh, varied, and delicious every single day, with fantastic themed buffets and live cooking stations.
Staff & Leadership: The genuine warmth of the staff makes this place special. Jennifer Lopez -> (Guest Relationship Manager) is an absolute gem—her attentive, personalized care made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay, what a charisma and charm of a reception and farewell you gave us! A huge compliment as well to Francesco, whose visible daily hands on involvement with every little detail and the guests make the whole resort run seamless and still he finds the time to gracefully greet and chat with the guests.
We left with incredible memories and cannot wait to return, one of if not the top highlight stay of our trip!
