Dining at night, looking out over the ocean and taking your time over the delicious fresh food has to be a highlight of any holiday, and it's something you can enjoy throughout your stay at the Veranda Paul and Virgine Hotel when you dine at the Isle de France main restaurant, a buffet restaurant featuring international and traditional Mauritian dishes. The beach restaurant, offers incredible seafood dishes and Veranda Resorts’ signature dishes and also features a beach bar. The main bar overlooks Gran Gaube lagoon and is the perfect place to wind down in the evening.
The beach is a big part of holidays to Mauritius, and guests at the Veranda Paul and Virgine Hotel have access to one of the prettiest - so much sun, so much soft white sand...
There are two excellent swimming pools at the heart of the resort. And some very elegant, very comfortable sunbeds set up around the hotel, so you can claim your place in the sun and top up your Mauritius tan.
There's a real emphasis on comfort in all of the comfort rooms with a balcony or terrace offering magnificent sea views. Rooms are all air-conditioned, en suite and have a ceiling fan, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, tea & coffee making facilities and hairdryer. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi.

A Memorable Stay at Veranda Paul et Virginie
We had a wonderful stay at Veranda Paul et Virginie Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Yudish, the Guest Experience Manager, who was exceptionally warm, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
We would also like to thank Kushal from the restaurant for his outstanding service. He was always friendly, attentive and made every dining experience enjoyable.
A heartfelt thank you to Aurore from the spa, whose caring and gentle nature made the chakra test a wonderful and enjoyable experience.
The housekeeping team also did an excellent work throughout our stay. They did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless, clean and comfortable every day. Their attention to detail and dedication were truly appreciated.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, delicious food and a peaceful atmosphere. We especially loved that it is an adults-only hotel, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The vibe is super cool, calm and ideal for a romantic getaway and a peaceful escape.

Wedding anniversary stay
Wonderful stay as always From reception to housekeeping personnel. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Warm welcome at the reception. Thank you Mr Arun for the upgrade and surprise cake for our 1st wedding anniversary. Was really wonderful . A spacial thanks to Mr Prakash the Barman. Very attentive and friendly. Great service, excellent food, very affordable
I spent 2 nights at Veranda Paul and Virginie in July. Food, drinks and service were top notch while simultaneously being very affordable. Altogether a very relaxing experience would definitely come again. Only downside worth mentioning is the tight schedule for some water activities which run for less than 3 hours daily. It's important to be on time to not miss out.
Amazing relaxing experience at Paul et Virginie Hotel, Grand Gaube
We were amazed by the relaxing experience we had here. Food was sooo delicious and you see the quality of the ingredients. What was outstanding was the staff genuine smiles and I appreciated all Mauritians staff working and always checking on you. Unfortunately we only booked for 2 nights since we have to go back, but will definitely stay longer next time we are in Mauritius. Rooms were always squeaky clean and the room amenities were nice especially the body wash. Infinity pool was definitely relaxing. I would grab the opportunity to thank the staff for their work and hospitality.
