Ok..far from amazing...average
Positives: Staff at the sports centre nice and very kind...especially chloe, ravi the tennis sparring partner, and all the boys looking after the sauna and sports centre..they deserve lots of praise.probably the only thing we enjoyed during our stay..
Negatives...perhaps weather wasnt great but atmosphere and vibes was not good...especially for teens...no football...beachvolley vibe not so great...aquagym empty...just generally not a great vibe and not enough activities throughout the hotel...spent time at gym..rest of hotel felt dead.
Food was below average for a beachcomber..the dining area setting felt more like budget european canteen hotelthan luxury...some theme nights were decent and better than others but in general food is not something one would remember

Amazing experience - Family fun
July 2026 family trip to Mauricia was truly an experience. The hotel staff are amazing; from the moment we got out the charter and into the lobby we were treated like rockstars. Had a brief welcome chat while served some refreshments and even asked about any food allergies which my one son does have and that prompted the chef to make an appearance to explain how the food is labelled at the buffet to make sure there is no confusion. The "Fun parade" as a called them (the kids/adult entertainment team) were so much fun to interact with, they knew my kids names by day 2 and my youngest son absolutely enjoyed the attention. The first morning i was shocked when i opened the door and room cleaning service (Mr Karounen) greeted me by name and introduced himself and gave us exceptional service during our stay, thank you so much sir. Our room was always clean when we came back and every item left lying around by the kids was packed away in a safe place. Overall our stay was a pleasure, the food was accommodating to all ages, the entertainment was next level fun, the weather was not as humid as February (our last trip) which gave us a whole new experience where we walked around exploring the market (4min walk from hotel) and into the nearby malls.

I celebrated my 17th birthday at this amazing hotel with my parents and friends, and it was unforgettable! The whole atmosphere was super lively and beautiful. The buffet food was absolutely delicious with so many tasty options, but the real highlights were the spectacular fire show and the refreshing and creative mocktails served by the talented staff named Isabelle. A massive shoutout to the remarkably attentive staff, especially Parma and Yoven, who went entirely above and beyond the expectations to make us feel welcome and ensured everything ran flawlessly. Last but not least, the birthday cake was also amazingly rich and gorgeous. It was the perfect night!

Great holiday! Krishna is the best!!
We visited the Mauricia beachcomber resort and spa for my 40th birthday. We spent 10 nights in the villa which was absolutely amazing. From the moment we got there we were welcomed warmly by the staff. A staff member called Krishna welcomed us and encouraged us to get some lunch before the time had finished. He spoke about the hotel including the sister hotels close by where you can also eat in the restaurants. Krishna was an amazing staff member as were all the staff very happy smiley and hospitable. Nothing was too much to ask we had a lovely cleaner called Shaun who worked hard every day making our villa squeaky clean. On my birthday they decorated our bedroom and sang me a happy birthday at lunch time in the buffet restaurant. The location was lovely right on the beach although quite quiet of an evening time. The hotel would call us taxis when we needed them and there were lots of excursions to choose from. The water-sports were free at the hotel which I thought was great. The only thing I could comment on was I felt a little ignored by the bravo team. It felt they would gravitate and socialise more with those that spoke French which was not a great feeling. We were never asked to be included in water aerobics, salsa lessons or any other activities that they provided. In the evenings they would go around talking to families but bypass us saying that we got on with it it’s just a note that I wanted to make. When we left Krishna arranged for us to stay at our villa until we were picked up by our transfers which were in the early evening time he was such a lovely man and whenever we talk about our holiday we always mention Krishna. There is lots more I can say but I better stop somewhere:) the spa was amazing management were super kind and friendly if you book defo book the dolphins and sea turtle excursions experiences my family will always cherish!
