Best. Time. Ever.
Mom and I had the most magical time . To the gorgeous team at the spa...thank you! To Mehfooza and Vaiun at Seasonal Tastes thank you so much for all the care! Everything at this hotel is exceptional! What an incredible time! For those who are wondering if they should book: do it!! You won't regret it for a second!

We wanted to say wow and thanks! The service and treatment we received at The Westin right from arrival was on a completely different level to what we have experienced anywhere else in the world
The resort was stunning, the food/restaurant experiences were second to none, the facilities did not lack at all and most importantly the staff at The Westin were the best and what made celebrating my wife's 50th birthday very special!
Real special thanks to all of the staff but in particular we wanted to say a special thank you to Jameel and Joanna for really looking after us and ensuring that we had everything we needed and were fine right from arrival to the day we left, also ensuring our kids (who arrived a little later) were looked after and settled in when they arrived! We really were not left wanting for anything, thanks to them both! Also thanks to Meeta (housekeeping), Roshan (Breakfast Buffet), Llwellyn (Retreat Bar), Reina (spa), Levy (Beach Grill), Artee (Mystique), Ravi (Fusion) and also everyone else in all of the restaurants, spa and front desk!
A property/resort can be loveliest facility in in the world....but it's always the staff that make it extra special and we will never forget it......so much so that The Westin is the only place we will stay in Mauritius. We will be back soon!

A Dream Wedding & Unforgettable Stay
We had an amazing two-week stay at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa, Mauritius. It was a very special trip for us as we celebrated both our wedding and my birthday here.
The resort is beautiful, with stunning ocean views, lovely pools, and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was excellent throughout our stay, especially at Mystique Restaurant, where every meal was delicious.
The biggest highlight was our wedding. Everything was perfectly organized, exactly as we wanted, and completely stress-free. Cake was so delicious 🤤. decoration of the wedding was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had dreamed of, with gorgeous fresh flowers. Special thank you to Karine, Joana and the entire team that took care of everything, allowing us to simply enjoy our day and vacation.
Thank you to everyone at The Westin Turtle Bay for making our stay so memorable, all the staff members were incredibly nice and friendly. We would definitely love to come back.
Exceptional customer service
We’ve just returned from the gorgeous Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa and all I can say is WOW - what an exceptional customer service experience.
Every single staff member is so gracious, kind and welcoming that you actually miss them when you leave.
A few standouts that I have to name!
Chef Angelle - this woman is a literal angel who dances whilst making your eggs and transforms your day. So many guests wanted to take her home on their last day!
Chef Ravi - thank you to you and Chef Angelle for the great cooking class.

There was an amazing guy at the grill but I didn’t catch his name.
To the chefs and staff at Kangan Indian restaurant on site - wow. Thank you.
The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the wait time on food orders at the retreat bar. We were all inclusive but the samosas took over one hour. The next time we tried it again took over an hour. Not sure what was going on…
And the service at the family pool was a bit underwhelming. Plus there were guests pacing back and forth for hours loudly on their phones and no interception from staff.
Dinner: it’s the first time we’ve enjoyed an all inclusive dinner so much. Seasonal Tastes had so many delicious options! Thank you. And kudos to the dessert Chefs… wow what a display. The varied chicken options were amazing too. And the freshly made pastas
