Great staff making the holiday
The selling point for this hotel is its staff. We’ve never had such excellent service, care and friendly approach from the cleaners, bar and restaurant staff to reception. I fell over whilst out dislocating my finger and the hotel staff sorted me out quickly. Particular praise to Arassy and Temmy. They were amazing Things to improve, not enough beds round the pool to shelter from wind and crunchy pillows made sleeping hard

Stunning hotel
Hotel was beautiful, we had a Seaview room which was stunning. Staff were great, very friendly and attentive. Buffet restaurant was a different theme every night. We booked Aqua restaurant one night and wish we'd booked it more was a lovely menu. We had lunch here a few times too which was really good. Entertainment was ok a few singers in the evenings. Right on the beach, snorkeling was brilliant equipment supplied by hotel. It was quite a strong current but worth it, lots of fish and saw a seaturtle. Our only negative was it was so far away from anything, no shops, bars or restaurants anywhere close by. Alot of guests hired cars but theres taxis right outside reception. We gad a few excursions planned so they got us out and about.
Relaxing break
Great stay, big thanks to Diane, Ram for looking after us and to Yash for keeping the room immaculate. Great hotel if you just want to relax. Can’t fault the service from the staff.

Nice Visit, Wonderful Staff
Wonderful Visit. Nice Beach and Rooms, Good Food and the whole staff ist very friendly and does everything to make your Visit as good as it could be. Special Thanks to Yash an the rest oft the Housekeeping Crew for the perfectly clean room through the vacation and the "Towel Art" at arrival.
