Unforgetable.

A Relaxing Stay with Outstanding Hospitality
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere.
A special thanks to Lovena and the management team for their professionalism and smooth organization, which contributed to a great overall experience.
I would also like to thank the Flame & Tide team. The service was consistently friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. The same goes to the Horizon buffet restaurant. The food selection was excellent, and the chefs and serving staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help.
A special mention goes to Robin, the Food & Beverage Manager. His hospitality and personal attention made a real difference and added a special touch to my stay.
Another big thank you goes to the housekeeping team. They did a great job keeping the room spotless and regularly checked whether I needed anything, which was very much appreciated.
Overall, everyone was very welcoming and helpful, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I would gladly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future.

Hotel idílico
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. All the staff are amazing and made our holidays unforgettable. The hotel is in a unique setting, with a private beach and beautiful views. The food is delicious and offers a wide variety of dishes. I'd like to give a special mention to Cinthia, Rekha, and Sarvan, who were so kind and made our stay even better. Everyone is doing a great job!!!!
