The complex is bordered by a perfect white beach and a lagoon that leads out to the wonderful warm waters of the ocean. There really aren't many more amazing holiday settings than this. The terraces of the junior suites at the Lux Belle Mare look out over the lagoon and gardens. Whether you look out and see the silvery moonlight reflecting in the still pool, or awake to the glimmering sheen of the sun-dappled water, this is heaven.
The facilities are exceptional too. All suites are air conditioned and come with satellite television, phone, minibar, safe, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and Wi-Fi internet access. Amazing Experience!!
We had an amazing experience! The staff was attentive and the grounds were incredible. We highly recommend and if we ever decide to travel to Mauritius again, we will definitely stay here!
We stayed in the villa and it was perfect!
First, I would like to say thank you for the front desk/concierge, specifically Sandiana! She always greeted us and my children so beautifully and checked in daily!
Also, huge shoutout to the villa butlers! Kumar, Mahen and Ganesh, you guys were great!
Another shoutout to all the kitchen and wait staff who assisted with our Kosher Dieteary restrictions! Executive Chef Nancy was so knowledgeable about everything, so careful and even had Kosher meats and chickens in the freezer from Beth Din of Paris Hechsher!!
Superb stay!
Our time at LUX* Belle Mare was nothing short of magical, and it's a trip our family will treasure for years to come. From the moment we arrived, the service felt truly first class. Attentive, warm, and genuinely caring at every turn. We stayed in villa 1208, an ocean villa that took our breath away. Beautiful inside, with a pool and outdoor space that felt like our own private paradise, and a walk to the beach that made every day feel like a dream. But what made this trip truly unforgettable were the people. Our butlers, Rao and Benji, looked after us with such kindness and generosity of spirit - nothing was ever too much trouble. Kavi cared for our villa with real pride and precision, and Vijay and Nitin at the Mixologist bar didn't just make us incredible drinks, they made us laugh every single day and made us feel like old friends. Romaine from the teens club brought so much energy even taking on my husband in a FIFA showdown and helped us fill our days with activities, including Padel. Girish at the villa beach area anticipated our every need before we even had to ask, and Rakesh at Beach Rouge went above and beyond. And to the coffee barista whose name I'm so sorry I've forgotten thank you for the beautiful coffees and iced lattes that started our mornings just right. There were so many more smiling faces who made us feel at home, too many to name, and I only hope they know how much they meant to us. Thank you, LUX* Belle Mare, for a trip we'll remember for a lifetime. We cannot wait to return.

Perfect stay at LUX belle mare
The LUX belle mare is amazing! The architecture and design is beautiful giving you the most luxurious tropical feeling. The water sports activities were great. The whole team at the beach were super helpful guiding and teaching you through each activity. They were always in a good mood encouraging you to try new things and offering assistance! The snorkeling trip was phenomenal! Our skipper Jetemy did an excellent job at making sure everyone was comfortable and helping inexperienced divers into the water at their own pace!
