Was here before in 2023 and 2024 it was a fabulous hotel then . Unfortunately it's no longer that way. Reception staff unhelpful and not very clean in a lot of areas including the rooms. Rooms are tiny dated and beds are fold up camping beds not a 5 star as described more like a hostel.we had to ask for towels on several occasions. There is a kettle but tea and coffee was scarce. The restaurant food was cold and the same every day there was fish on for a lot of days until it completely dried out. Big quantity but very low quality. We went out after day 2 for food it was that bad. Music by the pool was repetitive and boring not as previous years.only good point was the coffee bar which the service was great and the coffee was average. Extremly noisy at night until 4 Am no security to keep control on the drunken residents I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here it's needs a new management to take a serious look at it's poor quality and definitely not worth the prices they charge.
They say it is a 5 star hotel, I say it is a no star hotel. Lobby small, there are some shops selling products which are screaming I'M FAKE. The rooms are ok as a room, but dirty. The fridge was mouldy, we reported multiple times, nobody gave a toss about cleaning it. Staff does not speak any language apart from Turkish . Cleaners don't clean the rooms, they pick up the dirty towels and don't replace them with clean. So as I'm writing this review I can't have a shower. There's no shower gel, shampoo in the bathroom, only a dirty box which says hair conditioner. So we having shower with hair conditioner. They aren't willing to put shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. Unrealistic. The food is ok, perhaps that's the only positive thing about this place. Pool areas crowded, the hotel is on a mountain side, no access to the sea. 3 km away there are a beach belonging to the hotel, every hour is a bus which take you there and back. The beach is full with stones, you'll need swimming shoes 👟. No evening programs whatsoever. There is nothing to do, except drinking. Night restaurant serves the food from 11 pm onwards, the leftovers from dinner. So my advice is pay a bit more and choose a decent hotel.
Came here with my family.
The hotel its self is okay but I would not say it is a 5 star resort.
Out door pools are freezing which we kind of expected luckily we can take our little one in the indoor pool which seems to be getting colder and colder every day, the windows are left open also making the actual room chilly.
Food is substandard as per any all inclusive.
My parents heating was not working and was told they’ve just been turned on due to the weather and give it time everyone is having the same issue (despite the one in our room working perfectly fine)
Only one key card per room which isn’t great with young children and we’re often in and out separately.
Toilet on the bathroom leaking, reported to reception twice and still wasn’t fixed.
Sink in the room cracked and dirty.
99% of other ‘5 star’ resorts we have stayed at the mini fridge is refilled but not here. Once it’s gone it’s gone it doesn’t get refilled.
Entertainment is decent.
Beds are two single beds pushed together.
Baby cot had 2 large bed sheets in 1 as a bottom sheet and one over the top which frankly wouldn’t feel comfortable with my child sleeping with, luckily we bought our own bottom sheet and blanket.
This is a good 3 star at best. Staff are lovely but things to let it down are the food, spa and general tidiness around the hotel.
I had requested a twin room but because I was travelling with my 11 year old they put him on a Pull out sofa which was so uncomfortable. They had to then put a single mattress on top of if which meant we had no sofa. Room itself was ok otherwise. No English channels except the news, didn’t bother me too much, just putting as an fyi.
The dining area itself is not 5 star, 3 start at best. It’s noisy, hard to get a table. You have to clean down your own table. There seemed to be an unwillingness to reset the table once used. There was never any changes to the food. Breakfast was poor. A 5 star hotel charging for fresh orange juice is ludicrous. The waffle house is great, that was a big hit. But unfortunately couldn’t be enjoyed with nice coffee as it was muck
Cats were everywhere inside and out of the building. Fine if you like cats. Pool area not very clean
The spa area. I had a body peel, 1hr massage and facial which was meant to be for 15mins. The peel was lovely but it was not relaxing, at all. All you could hear was the kids in pool, it was so noisy. The message was fine, but the facial was just some cream put on my face, left for 5/7mins then he came back into the room to say the massage was over. I had to was the mask off myself. I’ve never had a fail like that. The massage finished 10 mins early. Very disappointing. It’s not like you could go to the pool to relax an its full of kids. I have an 11 year old so it’s great there is an indoor pool but maybe have it times when it can be used as it’s not fully accurate to say it’s a spa area when kids are around. It says 16+ on the door. Mixed messages.
We got the bus down to the beach which was great but like the hotel, it’s run down and dirty. It said there was a snack bar down there so I didn’t bring drinks but there was nothing open when we were there. Sun loungers shodddy and beach generally dirty.
I emailed the reception two days before we arrived. I’ve yet to get a response.
Fine if you’re on a budget but if you’re looking for 5 star this is definitely not it. It’s a good 3 star all inclusive at most.
First and last stay here.
General cleanliness in the hotel was very poor. Unchanged sheets covered in hairs when we checked in initially. Blood on the bathroom floor and in general the room wasn’t clean. Changed rooms but it wasn’t much better so we just got on with it. The grounds of the hotel was filthy in dire need of a deep clean. Little to no entertainment throughout the day and mediocre entertainment at night. Cats absolutely everywhere, in the restaurants and on top of you looking for food or jumping up and grabbing food from your plate. Lying on people’s towels and sun loungers. One of the days there were no even towels for the pool, we took our room towels down with us and one of the many rude staff took the towels off us even though we had none to use at the pool area.
No plates or cutlery in the room to use and not allowed take any from the restaurant.
Staff have more respect for the cats than they do for their guests.
