This large, family-friendly complex enjoys a superb location above the coast on a rocky promontory, just 7 kilometres from the centre of Kusadasi, a resort town on Turkey's Aegean coast. Public transport and taxis run close to the hotel providing easy access to the resort centre as well as to nearby local tourist attractions as Ephesus, located just a 10-minute drive and the House of the Virgin Mary. This luxurious complex includes a wide range of guest rooms featuring land or sea views and a choice of bungalow-style buildings. Sports lovers will find a host of water activities, such as surfing, diving and water skiing. While the little ones are having the time of their lives in the water park, the parents can enjoy a moment of calm in the comfortable guest rooms. Important note: Between 02.12.2019 and 15.12.2019, the indoor pool will be temporarily unavailable due to the renovation of our indoor pool. In addition, our facility has an outdoor heated pool. With this feature, it has the distinction of being the first in Kuşadası.

Great family hotel
We had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend it. The resort is built on some fairly steep hills, so you’ll certainly get plenty of steps in, but it didn’t put us off at all.
The food was excellent, the hotel was lovely, and there was so much to do. The kids absolutely loved the water park, which was one of the highlights of our holiday.
We only stayed for a week, but we genuinely wished we had booked for longer. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the spa. It could do with some changes, and we didn’t find it particularly relaxing, just felt basic and rushed, not even any relaxing music with treatment, However, this didn’t take away from what was otherwise a fantastic holiday.
A special well done to the entertainment team, who worked incredibly hard every day to keep everyone entertained. Their energy and enthusiasm really added to the overall experience.
Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would happily return.

Almost Everything is perfect! Internet is the only thing which isn’t perfect.
Everything was/is great!Food and Service is perfect,someone from the animation team even played football with us!But the internet wasn’t that good at all. in the bungalows there were some dirty spots.But they cleaned it up after we asked them. Recommend it much if you have a Vacation with many people.

What An Amazing Experience
We had a wonderful stay at Pine Bay Resort! We stayed in one of the private houses, which gave us a peaceful and relaxing experience away from the main hotel while still allowing us to enjoy all of the resort’s amenities.
The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality every day. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Our children had an incredible time at the kids’ club and the water slides—they were entertained throughout our vacation and created wonderful memories.
A very special thank you to Mr. Savas, Mr. Yusuf, Mr. Yusuf Can, and Mr. Mehmet. Their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional support truly made our vacation unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure our family had the best possible experience, and we are sincerely grateful for everything they did.
We highly recommend Pine Bay Resort to families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable holiday. We can’t wait to come back!
Lovely holiday
Lovely pools and restaurants and beach area too. We had a fantastic time as a family of 5! The only let down is the bungalows where we put as a family of 5 they are up a mountain side (we were put at the top) and they were awful more like 3 * Greece from 20 years ago not 4* so we asked to be moved the hotel said they are full. So we spoke with the rep and we managed to be moved but had to have 2 hotel rooms as the rooms are not big enough for a family of 5 after that we had the best time. It is a trek even to the hotel or the beach it is all in a hill so honestly would not go here if you are elderly or have a pushchair xx
Nice family place
We spent amazing 2 week here with our kids in June. And we are so thankful for the animation here. Our kids were in miniclub all the time doing a million of interesting things, hand made, games, dances. The girls who work there are truly professionals. The program is very artful
