Great stay at Palm wings Ephesus beach
Stayed at this hotel as a family of 17 adults and kids ranging from teens to 5. I was worried before going but the negative reviews on here, however there was absolutely no need as the hotel is great. This hotel caters for all ages in the on site water parks with a toddler, older kids and adult slides section. There’s also a large pool with a kids section, an activity pool and an adults only pool. The hotel is in the beach and the sand is lovely when dry but like clay when wet, which was great for making castles. The food was a great standard, drinks were good, there’s an iced coffee bar which was always busy. An ice cream shack and a waffle shack. Like said there are loads of wasps as soon as you start eating, but they don’t want you, they want your chicken (which my family say was the best they’ve ever had). The snack bar is available from 12-5 and the shacks. There also a coffee and cake cafe in the reception as well as another bar with an outdoor terrace. Restaurants are busy on an evening. Entertainment was good enough with the kids club and then an act. If you didn’t want this there was a karaoke or disco in the wings pub. The only downside is it’s far from a centre but there is a minibus outside the hotel takes you to Kusadasi for €2.50pp each way and runs every half hour. The hotel shop is very expensive and there’s no ATM. You can walk 10 mins to the next hotel but the charge is 12.5% to withdraw cash. Rooms were good and we had a 2 bed apartment which were a good size. Shower was huge. Bed made, towels changed and mopped daily. Bonus is also there’s a lift in the annex buildings which was great as we had a buggy. There were many animals at the hotel, lots of dogs, cats and peacocks roaming freely in the grounds but they don’t bother anyone. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and not listen to the negative reviews. There was 17 of us and none of us have a complaint

Honest review
Just back from spending a week here. First of all the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff keep the grounds looking lovely. We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments that are across from the main building and was really happy with the space we all had as a family of four, cleaner was in everyday and always came back to a fresh room. When we were here we only really had 3 days of good weather but there is an indoor pool which was a good bonus. We also tried the spa and again we loved the turkish bath and treatments afterwards. Entertaiment team are great, always friendly and trying to get everyone involved in all activities. I would say for us the only downfall is the food, it seemed to be mainly the same thing everyday and not a great selection for kids.
Beautiful quiet amazing food and service
Beautiful spotless clean hotel rooms and pools amazing friendly professional staff 100% recommend. Kelly the customer relationship manager was so helpful and friendly.
Hotel could be amazing - Double check your food -
Really bad experience - Undercooked food in the main restraunt - Frozen buns at the snack restraunt - Animals being fed by what we assume is the restraunt supervisor in the morning and sous chef in the afternoon not outside but inside the main restraunt because they are being allowed in even after telling guest relations and her assuring us it would stop has happened since.
Exposed electrical cables in room which took 3 days to repair. Indoor pool is not heated noone can change our mind to the point people are complaining. If you dont want a splinter from the beach id advise no going to the beach however the views are tremendous.
Throughout the resort there are numerous areas which are not maintained (rubbish everywhere covered in animal poo).
A few incidents regarding the staff from the restraunts shouting and having ago at children instead of speaking to the adults of the children.
