This hotel offers the perfect location for guests who want to be close to the beach but also in the heart of a busy town/resort. The centre is a pleasant 8 minute walk along the seafront away, and the town beach is just 30 m away. The must-see ancient city of Ephesus is only 18 km from the hotel. Other attractions in the area include the Genoese fort on Pigeon Island, around 2 km away, the House of the Virgin Mary, some 27 km away, and Sirince Village, roughly 30 km from the hotel.
This city and beach hotel was refurbished in 2009 and provides comfortable accommodation with good facilities and a 24-hour reception in the lobby, where there is also a lounge area. The hotel offers a total of 70 rooms. Other facilities at this air-conditioned establishment include 24-hour check-out service, currency exchange facilities and lift access to the rooms. The café, American bar and restaurant offer snacks, dining and drinks. Conference facilities are available, and there is also a laundry service (for a fee).
The rooms have recently been refurbished and offer clean, comfortable accommodation. They are equipped with individually regulated air conditioning and heating and also have a hire safe and a minibar (for an extra charge). All rooms have a balcony. The en suite bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Additional in-room amenities include a double bed, satellite TV and a direct dial telephone.
The hotel has an outdoor pool with a children's swimming area and a separate hot tub, and in addition there is a gym, sauna (for a fee) and hammam with massages available (for a fee). There is a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with parasols, or guests can enjoy a game of table tennis. Sun loungers and parasols are available (for a fee) on the nearby sandy beach.
Breakfast and dinner are served in an open buffet form. Lunch is available à la carte.

Felt more like a hostel than a hotel
I was very disappointed when I got to this hotel first of all we got into the 2 person lift and it was pitch dark no lights they replaced them on the 5th day of our holiday then when we got to our floor directions were on a piece of paper cellotaped to the door and door numbers were photocopied pieces of paper I felt like I was in a hostel Rooms were clean but need updating we were in a room 3 single beds for couple and a child the we put 2 beds together but they kept splitting the room I was in was 203 and it’s only fit for 2 people we were on top of each other the wardrobe opened right onto the bed if anyone sat on the stool to dry their hair no one could get pass each bed had 1 pillow no top sheet only thin white blanket which were old and hard the socket was right next to my pillow ,the mini bar was 3 little cartons of water ,the outside area was nice I counted 21 beds beside the pool we got beds but if hotel was full there would be problems pool opens from 11am-6pm we didn’t have our breakfast so can’t comment staff were nice especially the cleaning ladies who changed towels everyday my son stayed in room 501 it was the nicest room in the hotel on the 5th floor with great views this is the room they use for their photos online the location but I think no more than 2 people per room
Excellent hotel
We stayed at the Palm Hotel Kuşadası for two weeks at the end of May and had another fantastic holiday. This was our fifth stay here, which says it all, and we'll definitely be returning again later this year.
The staff are incredibly friendly and couldn't be more helpful. They always go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, making you feel very welcome throughout your stay.
The hotel has lovely views and is in an excellent location, just 100 metres from the sea and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and all the local amenities. The breakfast offers everything you need to start the day. One tip for Irish guests—if you enjoy a proper cup of Irish tea, bring your own teabags!
The swimming pool is another highlight, especially for older guests, as it has steps leading into the water, making it much easier and safer to access than pools with ladders.
We always enjoy our time at the Palm Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, well-located hotel with excellent service.

Great Hotel
My self and family recently stayed at the palm hotel for two weeks. Hotel is great location and has beautiful views of kusadasi. The hotel overall is brilliant and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had family room for 2 adults and 2 children a room for kids and a room for mam and dad which was perfect. Overall room was great just the decor needs to be updated and either new carpets as not cleaned very well. There was breakfast included in our package which had load options each day from omelettes to pancakes fruit etc. Would highly recommend can't wait to return next year. 😀

Highly recommend
I can highly recommend this hotel for family's couples or solo travellers, the room we recieved was absolutely perfect with one of the best views I have ever had. It is right overlooking the beachfront with a different cruise ship to see coming and going every day. All the pubs and restaurants are right outside and walking distance either way to the left or right. The staff cannot do enough for you and even bring everyone around the pool free fresh fruit during the day. Also the breakfast comes included and they cook fresh eggs anyway you like with fresh made crepes and Nutella honey etc. We will definitely come back. Also I will add its a very safe hotel for myself and the little ones to wander around.
Lovely stay beautiful staff
I have been visiting Kusadasi for many years. I have stayed in some nice places and I have stayed in some bad places. When I read the reviews about the Palm Hotel I was undecided but gave the hotel a try. I was extremely surprised. The rooms are a bit dated but spotlessly clean a decent size and all have a side view of the sea and surrounding streets, there are also rooms above the pool with a pool view and of the sea. The cleaning staff are wonderful, the rooms are cleaned every day along with free fresh drinking water fresh towels and toilet paper, there's even a kettle provided but you may need to request this. There is a beautiful swimming pool and sun terrace and a dining area which extends from the pool area to the main street above ground level. The staff are wonderful they cannot do enough for you. Especially Berkay on Reception what a wonderful kind and warm person very professional in his duties and also the female receptionists. They are lovely people kind understanding and very knowledgeable and give great advice about Kusadasi just fantastic people. The restaurant staff are amazing again nice kind friendly nothing is too much of an effort. Breakfast is a mixture of Turkish / continental / cold meats cheeses / cereal/ bread / toast/ tea coffee juice/ fresh omelettes made to order or fried eggs and pancakes. Over all I was extremely happy with this hotel and will definitely be back again, it's a home from home , If you want opulence go to the all inclusive miles out. This hotel is very central beside the marina on the sea front with shops restaurants and bars and a ten minute walk to centrum for shopping more bars and restaurants, the local dolmus number five stops outside with other routes and there is a dolmus stop around the corner on the promenade where you can get the dolmus to centrum 40 lira 0.75 cent euro or 0.64 pence streling. I highly recommend this hotel as one of the best I have ever stayed at in Kusadasi. Stayed June to July 2026 for two weeks
